“The hotel is lovely. The check in process was challenging to say the least. For some reason the funds paid in advance to Expedia weren’t available for the hotel to charge. I was told many times by the front desk to not use Expedia to book rooms. They stated it happens all too often. In this instance I was on the phone with Expedia at 8:30 pm trying to find out why I couldn’t check in to my room after driving for many hours. It took about 45 minutes to get the issue resolved. “The bed covers was really dingy dirty and the towel was dirty. No room service beds was never made or changed. ”

“The room layout is great- 2 full size beds, pullout sofa, and a queen bed in a separate room. However, the sink is in the bathroom while many hotels have it just outside the bathroom, so 2 people can get ready at the same time. Also, the area with the pullout sofa didn't have any specific lighting, which seemed odd. The pool is basic, but it lacked a hot tub. The workout facility was adequate, but lacked free weights. The complimentary breakfast didn't offer any hot food, which is fine, since……

“I lost money at this hotel. I lived on the 3rd floor. I went out to the balcony. They fell into the room and smoked in the room. I didn’t know the other thing. I also deducted my bank card for $266.88. Too bad. Don’t go live.”

“The room I stayed in was bare minimum. We had nothing in it besides beds and 1 desk chair. I had hoped to have a coffee pot or microwave or mini fridge. We had to go buy a cooler to put drinks in. The only upside was we saw no bugs of any kind. The bed spreads had burn marks on underside. So at first I thought it was a bug. The room was disappointing to say the least. I found out towards the end of our stay that there is an elevator and we didn’t have to climb and lug suitcases up three flights……

“The bed sheets and quilts were not changed and washed, and the electrical appliances could not be used. I asked to change rooms but they didn't. The attitude of the front desk staff was very bad.”
