「Very good service, very friendly and clean 」

「I lost money at this hotel. I lived on the 3rd floor. I went out to the balcony. They fell into the room and smoked in the room. I didn’t know the other thing. I also deducted my bank card for $266.88. Too bad. Don’t go live.」

「You have to ask them for housekeeping, towels, and sheets. I stayed for 4 nights. If you didn’t ask, it wouldn’t get done.」

「It was very clean, quiet and a great stay. The pool was nice and very clean also. Completely recommend 」

「I needed a room at this interchange for one night. I got it. The room is plain and needs some serious updating, as almost everything is worn. BUT it was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Good lighting but not one wastebasket. Cheap and adequate, but would stay elsewhere if it was for more than one night. 」

「Swimming pool was not open」

「The bed sheets and quilts were not changed and washed, and the electrical appliances could not be used. I asked to change rooms but they didn't. The attitude of the front desk staff was very bad.」

「There was no one there to check us in when we arrived. We attempted to call every number available for the facility with no answer. We searched the property for a staff member to no avail. After 45 minutes we abandon our reservation and went somewhere else. After contacting the facility for a refund they said basically that we're not eligible because we didn't get there early enough in the day. Had no time was anything indicated that there was a deadline for checking in during the reservation...
