"According to my wife Elizabeth and Sister vising from England, the holiday bach was just perfect for our stay. They couldn't of wished for anything better. Beds were so comfortable and it was so peaceful and quiet. The only let down was it rained on our last day. The beach walks was great. Look forward to visiting again."

"From the start, communication with Barb was super speedy. She was responsive to any questions we had. The bach was just as advertised and just what we were looking for. The kitchen was very well equipped. Modern appliances. We appreciated the dishwasher. Clothes storage was good. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was great. The covered deck was appreciated because of the rain we had but also as protection from the sun. The location was good, ten minutes or less to restaurants, groceries, and anything else we might have needed. While we were there, Bard did check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The bach is located in a condo community and the other owners were friendly and helpful in the five weeks we were there. It's a very relaxing, quiet atmosphere. The location of Barb's bach is well located to allow people who want to explore the North Island. We would highly recommend Barb's bach."

"Such an amazing property for groups. We had an extended family getaway - 10 adults & x8 children from age 0-13. We had sun, rain & wind & no matter what the weather there was enough room for everyone to spread out & enjoy themselves.Plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses etc, including plastic ones for kids. The kids loved the swings & having the beach just across the roadGreat indoor/outdoor flow & atmosphere with indoor & outdoor fires. Only note was cot was quite flimsy & old, would recommend taking a porta cot instead with a black out cover. Highly recommend this property. "
