Sweet small cabin in the woods. Big enough though! Space was roomy, host was great. Showers are a bit small, but expected. The furniture was a little small also, (just the couch and 2 chairs). Hubby's knees are bad, difficult to get up from, but rocker worked for him. Very clean and had everything we needed. Peaceful inside and out, private. We recommend and will stay again.
My son just built a house in the area so my family decided to have a family reunion there. We had a wonderful time keeping ourselves busy the whole time. It is a beautiful area and looking forward to visiting it again.
Perfect location for our trail race, very comfortable cabin, beds very comfortable, had all necessary supplies and extra to make stay enjoyable. Loved seeing the deer and cows while sitting on the front porch. WiFi was great! Very happy with stay.
We loved our stay! Very comfortable and cozy. Location was perfect. Host was very helpful. I want to stay here again. This is my best experience with VRBO.
This little place checked all the boxes for our low key girls’ weekend… quiet setting, great communication with owners, very comfortable beds, fantastic water pressure and plenty of hot water for showers!
We enjoyed our stay in this rustic cabin. Great with two bedrooms and two baths. Easy access to Grayson Highlands SP and the Boone/West Jefferson area. Host was responsive and helpful throughout.
We had a great short trip! My son and husband enjoyed fishing across the street and caught a few trout. Overall it was relaxing and just what we needed. Thank you Mrs Rosemary!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location to visit Grayson Highlands State Park (Virginia), the Virginia Creeper Trail, West Jefferson, NC and nearby Boone, NC.
Great place to stay, very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. It’s very peaceful and private, you can sit outside on two seperate decks, on the one in the back we enjoyed breakfast and in the evening we used the barbecue. Lots to do in the area, and so nice to have such a beautiful place to come home to after a busy day!
We enjoyed this cozy cabin that was just right for us. We visited to get our Christmas tree. The location is great, host was very quick to respond to inquiries and our whole experience was amazing!
The cabin is so quaint and beautiful! We were looking to disconnect and relax, and this stay did the trick! Rosemary is kind, helpful, and an excellent communicator. Highly recommend!! If you’re considering staying here, do it!
The cabin had all the features as listed, and the host, Rosemary, was responsive and helpful. There is a stream nearby with ambient flowing sound and a hill that offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area. I highly recommend the place.
This was my second time staying at the cabin. Beautiful, serene, peaceful. Felt like home but better. This is my new favorite destination to relax and unwind and get with God and His creation.
This was the most beautiful and peaceful place I have ever experienced. Love it! Old cabin but very clean and had everything you need. I would love going there over and over again.
The property is better than described. A very quaint but updated and comfortable cabin stocked with everything one would need for their stay. We felt very much at home. Comfortable bed and baths. A well stocked kitchen and ample dining area. Already making plans for our next visit.
