The villa Marée Vous is classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation and has received the "Naturellement Bassin" label from the Arcachon Bassin tourist office. The house we offer is a reproduction of the Bassin fishermen's huts, with all the comforts for a soothing holiday. Ideal for stays up to 8 people, with family, friends, with or without children. The house is equipped to receive your small children, cot, high chair, ...
The villa Marée Vous is a typical pond house, new, all in wood, with great accessibility for people with reduced mobility, great comfort and quality services adapted for an unforgettable stay between land and sea.
Its fully enclosed garden and not overlooked will allow your children to flourish in complete safety. Sun or shade, you will find the atmosphere you want for your moments of rest outdoors. You will take advantage of its "Arcachon Bay" atmosphere for your meals prepared on the plancha.
The Bassin is 800 m away, you will find a beach with snack bar - Aquagym and entertainment all summer for children and adults.
A supermarket at 50 m, a supermarket at 400 m, the post office, a bank, the pharmacy, the media library and the entertainment center at 100 m, nothing is missing for daily necessities!
You will also enjoy the Cassy Golf course and the Lanton equestrian center, it's really close by.
All the products of the basin, oysters and seafood are offered by local fishermen close to the house. A perfect and unforgettable atmosphere.
The cycle path is 150 m. The long bike rides will take you to Andernos, then to the ocean or even to Cap Ferret.
The house is ideally located between the Pyla dune and the tip of Cap Ferret. Very close to ocean beaches, kite and surf spots!
Household linen (duvet covers, hand and table towels, rags) is provided.
Tourist tax: its amount is 0.90 cts euros per person per day for each person over 18 years old. This tax is not levied directly by the Abritel platform, therefore to be remitted on the last day).

Week-end de l’ascension en famille, 6 adultes et un enfant de 13 ans. Jolie maison avec douche dans chaque chambre. Grande pièce à vivre, cuisine bien équipée. Super terrasse couverte où nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas et profiter du soleil sans vis à vis. Proximité de la route parfois un peu bruyante lorsque l’on est sur la terrasse. Piste cyclable à 200 mètres, c’est le top pour circuler en vélo. Très bon contact avec Karen et très bon accueil de Nathalie . Je recommande cette location pour 8 adultes sans hésiter Merci pour tout

Maison idéalement situé à mi chemin entre Arcachon et le Cap Ferret. Très bien conçue, on peut profiter de moments familiaux à table ou dans le salon, on ne se gêne pas ! Il y a une salle de bain dans chaque chambre ce qui permet à chacun d’être indépendant et de gagner du temps. Maison très bien équipée, tout y es : les coupes à champagnes, tous les ustensiles pour cuisiner (saladier, couteau, planche à découper…). Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de l’extérieur mais il est très agréable avec les beaux jours. Nathalie -la propriétaire- nous a très bien reçu ! Un grand merci d’avoir participé à ce beau week-end.

Cette maison est particulièrement agréable. En plus d'un confort et d'un équipement irréprochables, elle a un quelque chose qui fait qu'on s'y sent vraiment bien. We stayed here for about 10 Days with 6 people and every daystill felt like home. First about the Mansion itself: the beds are very big even for tall people and you have enough space for the two of you still. Every room has its own shower and sink so no waiting in the morning for everyone to get ready. The kitchen and dishes are very nice and various. We enjoyed cooking here alot because even when we didn't know how the machines work, there was a manual for everything in the House. Everything. The terrace was the best place in the whole Mansion, we mostly breakfasted and had dinner here or just sat there and enjoyed our stay because it was so beautiful. We were very happy about the Location of the Mansion because everything was close to us, a little grocery Store right around the corner and the big one 15min away. The beach was reachable in a 20min walk. If we wanted to go further we just went to the Bus station 5 min away. Now about the organization: there is not much to say except it was perfect. The communication was very good and there were absolut no Problems at all. Despite the language barrier all went well. So in the End it was a very very nice Vacation of ours and very easy to organize. Thank you for the amazing Stay!

We enjoyed the stay very much! The house is well equipped and nicely decorated with a terrace allowing for BBQ and eating, and a small garden furnitured for relaxing. The bakery and groceries are close as well as the beach. There are many little amenities that made it cosy and enjoyable. This was one of the best locations we have had so far.

La maison de Karen est très agréable et confortable. Tout est bien agencé et elle est parfaitement équipée pour les familles (chaise haute, lit parapluie, jeux...). Depuis Lanton, vous pouvez circuler sur tout le bassin d'Arcachon ce qui est bien appréciable. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la terrasse car la météo était pluvieuse ! Une prochaine fois !

Maison spacieuse, très bien pourvue en équipement électroménager, ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle. Le chauffage fonctionne bien. Facilités pour se garer et proximité de deux supermarchés. Tous ces éléments ont contribué à un excellent séjour. La propriétaire répond rapidement et son livret d'accueil qu'elle envoie préalablement au séjour est très bien conçu, car riche en informations fort utiles

Merci beaucoup à Nathalie pour son accueil. Communicante, agréable et flexible sur le horaires! La maison est idéale pour une grande famille comme la notre. Enfants adultes et adolescents ont pu apprécier d'avoir chacun une intimité grâce aux grandes chambres agrémentée d'une sdb privative chacune. Cette maison est très bien équipée, comme à la maison : grande cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut pour les amateurs de bons plats, les produits de base pour cuisiner, un barbecue sur la terrasse, des jeux et des jouets pour les plus petits, etc. Un grand salon où nous avons pu nous réunir en fin de soirée. Propre, agréable et bien situé, je vous recommande vivement un séjour dans cette jolie maison tout en bois et décorée avec soin. La mise à disposition de 3 vélos est un plus pour les balades dans le bassin. Merci beaucoup, cette maison m'a permis de réunir mes enfants pour une belle fêtes des mères.

La maison est neuve, équipée parfaitement. A proximité de tous commerces, pistes cyclables à 50M, vélos à disposition. Tout est parfait , du contact de la propriétaire, à la réception/départ. Des gens accueillants, sans aucune fausse note. Le ménage inclus est un plus. Nous sommes venus en hiver, c'est une période parfaite pour visiter le bassin. De la dune du Pyla au cap ferret, étant situé entre les 2, il est facile d'accéder partout.
