"Pros: For our first time in Lanzarote me and my husband couldn’t make a better choice! The Villa is placed in a quiet village surrounded my private houses and mountains. The host, Darío, has been really helpful sending us a guide pointing on places to visit and restaurants where to eat. He showed us the house which was clean, furnished and well equipped from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The Villa is nearby some of the most famous spots of the island."

"Pros: La casa tiene una ubicación inmejorable Cons: La atención por parte del anfitrión fue pésima desde el primer momento. Tardó 6 días en contestar a los correos y WhatsApp q le enviamos para saber el proceso de check in, y tampoco nos cogió el teléfono hasta que llamamos a Holidu para quejarnos y al día siguiente escribió. "I booked a 3-night break at this hotel it is very unique and clean the grounds are amazing with statues and waterfall and other water features I've never seen it like this anywhere else I've stayed As everyone knows I read the reviews for this hotel before arriving, the reviews are very average so I was a little apprehensive however I didn't need to worry the hotel is large it's clean the staff are very friendly in all departments also if you're not sure about anything the staff are approachable Like it's been mentioned on previous reviews the food is fine not very different variety as is the way in most all-inclusive hotels however I felt the food was fresh, plentiful and enough to feed an army The location is very pretty the room I had is a sea view room the room is very large comfortable Ann's clean Granted that the Hotel decor is a little tired but it does not impede on your holiday the facilities in the hotel are very good as well Plant City today for adults and children swimming pools are large some are heated and there is always a good amount of sun loungers. The all-inclusive offers a good variety of food, drink and entertainment In my opinion this is a very good hotel for couples and families alike I would personally highly recommend Hotel Beatriz player and Spa. There are a good number of shops restaurants and bars 5 minutes from the hotel I don't think that this hotel gets enough credit for what it does personally I would trust that as a 4 and a half to five"

"Buffet food was very good and using high quality ingredients. We loved the pools although something should be done about people reserving their spots, as after breakfast it was impossible to find a spot in the shade. A bit disappointed with the public toilets near the pool where there were no locks, flushes weren't working, taps were pulled out - just not a great look for a nice resort like this. We got a room in a family area (with kids beds) despite being a couple with no kids, and found that the vents in the room were connected to another room as well as to the outside so we could hear cars as if they were in our room. I'm sure this is isolated and we survived with earplugs. Overall, good relaxing holiday :)"
