"Comfortable stay for myself and my teen daughter. We were there for 5 nights. Room was clean, some stains in the carpet, but otherwise good. Pillows were not great, but mattress was fine. Breakfast was convenient. Pool was okay, the space could use some maintenance and the hot tub was not very hot. Staff was nice. We ended up getting a $250 charge bc my daughter got hair dye on some towels and the shower curtain. It would have been nice to be told before they decided to charge us. I understand why, although it was only our second day, and I would have like the opportunity to clean things up as planned before being charged. My issue was more just discovering the charge in my bank account vs being given any sort of a heads up."

"Our experience started out great. We were able to check in early and people were very helpful. The whole stay would have been 5 star except for the bedding and towel situation. There were three of us in a room with one bed and a pull out. When we asked for linens so we could make up the pull out we were given sheets only. When we asked for a pillow and blanket that evening we were given a hard time. They said they didn't have "extra". How is this extra if we have three people? We only had towels for 2 and when we asked for more towels they said they didn't have "extra". They did eventually find us a pillow, blanket and towels but made us feel like we should not have asked. We were disappointed that this put a damper on an otherwise very good experience."
