“Great location close to the airport, 8 minutes max. The building and Room were excellent for the price, spacious living area and bathroom, hot shower, comfy bed, very clean, water dispenser and cooking facilities, cold aircon. Coupla minutes walk to 2 malls and eateries. Expedia stuffed up my Booking but the owner/ manager Rea resolved it in a few minutes, even upgraded our room, would definitely recommend and stay here again. ”

“Not satisfied because there were lacking of blankets, towels, pillows that supposedly good for 8 persons. No rugs for the washroom floor, no shower curtains if we’re using the shower so it was so wet after. No water dispenser. Some of the outlets were not working. Blankets were smelly. ”

“Excellent view on both side of the ocean. Concerns were not enough towel bars especially there were 5 people in my party, hooks for clothes, glass toilet paper roll cover keeps dropping & there were many mini ants. Great shower heads but the glass partition was short it gets the floor wet. It needed a foot wider.”

“立地はコンドミニアムの建物が建ち並ぶVillageの奥の方にあります。Village内にセブンイレブンがあり(徒歩1〜2分)とても便利でした。Village内にスパやカフェもあるのですが、クリスマス期間中だったからか残念ながら閉まっていました。マクタンのメインストリートまでは徒歩10分弱ですので、そこまで行くと開いているスパもカフェもあるので困らなかったです。
部屋は綺麗ですし、エアコン、洗濯機、電子レンジ、電気ポット、IHコンロ(1つ口)があり、お鍋や炊飯器、食器類、洗剤、スポンジがあり、簡単な調理も可能でした。私たちはダイビング目的での滞在でしたので、洗濯機はとても助かりました。バルコニーもあり洗濯物も外に干すことができました。
Wi-Fiは充分な速さで、途切れることもなく良かったです。
唯一の難点は、シャワーとトイレの間に仕切りがなく、シャワーをする度に床やトイレットペーパーがビチョビチョになることでしたが、事前にトイレットペーパーを避難させておくなど慣れれば問題なかったです。シャワーの水圧や水量、温度も充分でした。”

“We absolutely loved this condo. It was the first time staying in Lapu-Lapu. We were here for a month. The traffic was probably the only downfall, but once we were back on property we loved the resort feel.John and Rhoda were amazing. John was easily available via mobile and very quick in responding to all communications.The condo was lovely and having access to resort amenities was definitely something we took advantage of with our 9 year old grandson!We arrived from USA at 1am and we checked in……

“A perfect place for a couple. Very nice amenities. The washer machine was great too have especially in a resort-pool environment. Owner has a person you can reach out at anytime to help point you in the right direction. Balcony looking at the ocean is great! They offer a water cooler, fridge, and kitchen that fills your needs. "此次入住很有驚喜，酒店雖然有歷史感，但是保養得很不錯。無論是房間還是酒店內的設備，看得出有翻新保養。很整潔，服務人員面帶微笑，是休養身心的好地方。餐廳出品也不錯，唯一就是酒店地址位置處於很裡面的位置，不容易叫Grab。不過有機場穿梭巴士這點還是挺好的。"

"The environment is nice but the PR Manager was the worst I have ever experienced throughout my extensive travel experiences in various countries. The booking staff need to level up the knowledge in water sports. If the facility is offered by the hotel, blaming on the tide for kayak is irrelevant because of misinformation. People plan ahead not find ad hoc taxi drivers for alternatives. But going outside is the same for water sports due to location and this resort is awesome for family but not solo travellers. Its a pity if they have the resource but not experienced staffs. "
