Quiet and cozy ranch home - 6 minutes from the University of Wyoming

Private location on the edge of town with ample parking, yet just a quick drive to the center of Laramie. A comfortable home that features a private backyard with a deck for grilling and hanging out. The kitchen is fully equipped for those family gatherings that seem to bring out the chef in everyone. Many activities make this home a fun stop over. The garage can be used as a rec room or for parking. The garage is great for playing ping pong or throwing darts while watching the game. Play a game of cornhole or one of several board games if that's not your thing. The living room is cozy and has a TV, PS5, and an HDMI input on the console so you can bring your own gaming system or streaming platform. Also includes a Bowflex Max Trainer for those looking for a quick workout. A ring doorbell is present on the front door and has a wireless chime inside the home.

The home is situated on the edge of town with secluded street parking available on the side that can accommodate larger trailers.

NOTE: The ranch home does have a few steps that need to be scaled prior to gaining access to each available doorway and is not wheelchair accessible.

Cole’s property was amazing! It was very clean and organized. The street was safe and quiet. The house has many amenities, including a very well-stocked kitchen. The beds and couch were comfortable. This is the best VRBO that we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. We were able to check in early without asking and the host has thought of everything! All we really needed was our clothes. There was plenty of drip coffee, laundry pods and other essentials. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and the bedding was so soft. The air conditioning worked great and the recliners in the living room were so comfortable and relaxing. Even better was the PlayStation 5 and the Pingpong table! We had such a blast! The location was so close to town with great restaurants and within an hour of Medicine Bow National Park which was amazing! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Wedding proposal trip!

We came to Laramie for a wedding proposal, engagement party, and Independence Day. The home was very clean, well stocked, well organized. Even to the point that the light switches were labeled. That was AWESOME from my husband's point of view as a license electrician. :-D Home had plenty of room for sitting indoor and outdoor. And loved that they allowed "get together" so we had our soon to be daughter-in-law and her family over for a BBQ.

Great place for family
