「Condo was nice and clean. Deck was nice. Promiximity to park and town was nice also. My only disappointments were that the outside night lights of the condo shined into the bedroom at night with shades frawn and I wish the condo itslef was located farther off the main road. Also it was a tigh fit for a family of 4 to watch the football game in the living room, might consider a love seat instead of chairs? Overall, very nice home, thank you.」

「Loved the apartment in downtown Estes Park! Well equipped kitchen, quiet, nice big bathroom, comfy bed. Easy check in and out process. So close to everything in downtown! Was really nice to just walk downstairs for Kind coffee, Ed’s Cantina, shops. Enjoyed taking the dog along the Riverwalk, and was so easy to go across the street to Bond Park for Elkfest that weekend. 」
