Genug Liege am Pool für die Zeit .Frühstücke ganz ok wenn Mann auf weiß Brot steht .Zimmer das aller letzte .Handtüchern wenn die nicht vergessen wurde ….sahen aus als die nie gewaschen wurden nicht weiß sonder fast grau Hatte Halbpension .Das Abendessen lieblos verkocht ….Naja Geschmack Sache. The food was excellent and there was a wide variety of different dishes to sample every evening. The local Cypriot staff were very friendly, welcoming and always ready to assist, namely Stella, Despina, Pambos, Yiangos and Andreas. The dining hall is modern, clean and spacious. The hotel has several swimming pools and waterparks. The local beaches are very nice with crystal clear waters. The scenic coastal footpath to Protaras is impressive and wheelchair friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Hôtel au centre-ville de Paramni, les équipements sont vétustes, le linge de salle bains jaunît, les draps pas propres, la nourriture pas variée. Le personnel est désagréable surtout les deux jeunes femmes qui sont à la réception et qui ne sourient jamais et Limite vous parle mal. Pour avoir voyagé dans le monde entier cette expérience reste la pire. Grosse déception pour ce pays que je voulais découvrir. Il n’aime pas les étrangers turcs, arabes et j’en passe !!! Ils veulent rester entre eux. Je vous conseille d’aller plutôt du côté de Agia Napia si vous venez d’Europe.

The carpet in the hotel corridors was stained, with marks visible on every floor. There were cockroaches—though it is a warm climate, other hotels typically use sprays to deter insects. The food was repetitive; the same items appeared at breakfast and dinner every day, just under different names. The indoor pool was out of use, the Jacuzzi had been removed, and the table tennis setup consisted only of a table, with no equipment provided. For four consecutive days, a very loud alarm went off at 6:00 a.m., waking the entire hotel. It turned out to be a technical fault that the maintenance team failed to fix; instead of getting a good night's sleep, we were forced to wake up at 6:00 a.m. each day, as the piercing, ear-splitting alarm made it impossible to fall back asleep. Our room wasn't even cleaned every other day—I intentionally left some lint on the floor to see if it would be swept up, but it wasn't. We had to personally request fresh towels. The food was "European-style"—bland and uninspired, though at least it didn't cause any food poisoning. The coffee, dispensed from a machine labeled "Jacobs," was clearly not the genuine brand and was extremely watered down.

Hvis du elsker en ferie, hvor der aldrig er et kedeligt moment, er dette hotel stedet! Poolen og badelandet var uden tvivl højdepunktet. Her kunne man plaske rundt, indtil fingrene var helt skrumpne, og det reddede klart feriestemningen. Rengøringen var... lad os sige kreativ. Den var lidt tvivlsom, men til gengæld aldrig ens! Hver dag bragte en ny overraskelse – måske et manglende håndklæde, måske en mystisk plet. Shampoo må i øvrigt være lavet af ægte diamanter, for det krævede en officiel foretræde for receptionen at få genopfyldt. All inclusive-konceptet bød også på sjove udfordringer. Drikkevarer under spisningen blev helt naturligt begrænset, da tjenernes leveringshastighed kun tillod én enkelt genstand pr. måltid. Man lærte virkelig kunsten at udnytte den ene tår til fulde! Alt i alt: Kom for vandet, bliv for spændingen.

We have stayed in Anastasia hotel 4 yesrs in a row now. Here are a few highlights regarding the hotel: 1) The food this year was generally better than previous years and some dishes were really quite nice by Greek standards being a Greek myself 2) Lunch and dinner a little chaotic and needs more seating and waiters to not take plate away if popped up to get something 3)Sun beds improved this year and more comfortable. 4) Room cleanliness OK.Need a change of towels for 3 night stay 5)Beds were awful.These really need changing as the springs were digging into me and I could not sleep. 6)The club next door had very loud music 3 nights in a row until 3 am and did not get much sleep.Stayed in lobby most of the last night as the music was too loud and had enoigh y the 3rd night. 7)Only provided with 3 hangers.Asked for more but not provided 8)Staff at dinner require to be more attentive and additional training required. 9)Would be really nice to have some evening entertainment occassionally. That being said, the Hotel still remains value for money and good for kids and location amazing. I would stay again. Many thanks

We have had the most amazing holiday that we even extended our stay longer, I would suggest you make your own mind up before reading the negative comments. The hotel is spotless the staff are fab and the food is what is expected from an all inclusive. Honestly the hotel can not do enough for you.
