Excellent Villa, with fantastic access to the sea

This a great villa with the beach literally a stones throw away. It's very spacious (we were a party of 7) inside and out. There are some parts of the villa that need some repairs when we were there (around the pool). There is not much around the villa but there is a restaurant within walking distance. We hired a car an explored the local area and drove to Ayia Napa. Larnaca itself is very nice with lots of bars and restaurants. This is one of the best we've stayed. I would recommend it.

Lovely property but tired - needs maintenance

Spacious, grand property with amazing open plan living downstairs. Very comfortable beds - although sheets that fit would have been even better. The outside areas do not reflect the online photos - overgrown shrubs and weeds, barbecue area was barely functional, back gate to beech was hanging off and dangerous. Parasols were damaged - ended up fixing them myself and had to unblock the outdoor shower for hosing sand off feet. Dishwasher did not function properly and we ended up washing everything by hand. All this aside, we did have a relaxing week and the pool was well maintained and clean. Proximity to airport and Larnaca was useful.

Amazing location for a spacious villa

Right on the shore (and so quiet it was like having a private beach) and with a beautiful deep swimming pool with enough sun loungers to support a large group. Larnaca airport is less than 10 minutes away yet there was no noise from the planes (which we had been concerned might be the case), so the commute to the villa was easy. Plenty of bedrooms, all with effective air conditioning. Kitchen is well-equipped. Generally a lot of space to support a large family or two. Property management were responsive to any queries. There are some signs of wear and tear across the villa which could maybe be addressed. e.g. missing drawers in one of the master bedrooms, damaged kitchen unit fascia, pool lights didn't work, and there was no grate for the bbq so it could not be used for cooking (which we only found out after we had bought charcoal). These were all minor details which did not ruin our holiday.

Family holiday to remember

The villa is perfect for a large family with children. Especially with the pool and beach so close at hand. We were able to visit the nearby beaches , towns and wineries in the hills in easy time. Nothing that comes to mind. Mary was able to sort out any queries we had quickly and efficiently.

The villa was really nice the area was lovely very quite, their was a bus 1 every 2hrs which eas ok going into Larnaca but we used taxi back as the last bus was 8pm so you need a car to get to places, like us we mainly used it for the food shop.

Sunset beach front villa

Lovely villa. Thoroughly enjoyed dipping in the pool, walking along the beach and relaxing. Would recommend and would stay again, thank you Very little. Minor suggestions would be Not enough wine glasses for one each and perhaps a mat near the patio doors to prevent wet footprints coming inside from the pool.
