Holiday with friends

The house was very pleasant and clean. There was enough space in and outside for 10 people to relax and enjoy their holiday. The host was very nice as well. She helped us out when needed and checked in regularly to see if everything was still allright.

Lovely house great hamlet

Friendly owners who go out of their way to ensure all goes to plan, while keeping our of our way to keep privacy. The small road crossing to the pool is not a big deal at all, the pool area is beautiful in its own right. We were a bunch of foodies and found the kitchen repleat with everything we needed. The town had Bastille fireworks that were impressive and a medieval hog feast which was great. We like our astro too, so sitting in the evening star and specifically milky-way gazing was a perfect way to end the evenings.

beautiful location

We had a lovely stay with family. there were six of us staying and the property was spacious. The three main bedrooms had ceiling fans which helped on hot nights. The children enjoyed the pool, however the pool was deep for them and we had to purchase some inflatables for them to get the most out of swimming as they were unable to touch the bottom. The area surrounding the cottage was very peaceful but within walking distance was the castle, restaurants and the medieval siege. The main town of Condom was about a 10 min drive away.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. La maison est très agréable à vivre et les environs sont magnifiques. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine ;-)

Larressingle village médiéval

Séjour agréable dans une maison de caractère .La chambre du deuxième étage est difficilement accessible avec échelle et inutilisable lors de canicule .La salle de bain du res-de chausse n'est pas utilisable car se situe dans un espace de 2m carres avec douche et toilettes.

Cadre très sympathique

Maison très propre et agréable, encore plus grâce aux ventilateurs de plafond dans les chambres(pour les nuits chaudes). Maison très bien situé avec belle piscine. Quelques points négatif concernant la propriétaire : Il était marqué sur l'annonce que les chiens de petites tailles étaient acceptés,mais une fois sur place elle nous à juré que c'était pas le cas... jusqu'à ce que je lui prouve par des captures d'écrans de son annonce que c'était bien accepté. Petite déconvenue également le jour du départ car une fois de retour dans notre résidence principale, je reçois un mail de sa part nous indiquant qu'un morceau de bois venant d'une des fenêtres de chambre était cassé (photo a l appui). s'agissant de ma chambre, il était impossible que ça vienne de nous en sachant que c'est moi qui avait ouvert les fenêtres le matin même et que rien n'était cassé à notre départ. Une personne était là entre nous et votre découverte non?

Location dans un très beau cadre

Vieille maison en pierres retapée avec beaucoup de goût. Le jardin et la piscine sont séparés de la maison et de sa cour par une toute petite ruelle très peu empruntée ce qui ne pose donc aucun problème. Quelques problèmes rencontrés avec la vmc et les évaluations d'eau de la salle de bain mais les propriétaires ne pouvaient pas intervenir pendant notre séjour sans occasionner une gêne importante, il a donc fallu faire avec. La literie est très confortable. Voisins immédiats, les propriétaires sont très réactifs au bien-être des locataires. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Tres bon sejour mais j attends ma caution depuis 15 jours

Une belle location tres bien equipee la piscine separee tout pres de la maison est un avantage avec des petits le wifi est comme le joli village il est moyenageux mais ca va s arranger il parait. Une proprietaire un peu tendue au depart mais elle avait semble t il eu des problemes avec un locataire precedent donc on va oublier et ne retenir que cette belle semaine dans une grande maison... 15 jours plus tard j attends toujours ma caution sans doute que abritel profite du covid pour faire de la tresorerie cela devient une habitude et cela ternit l impression generale

Belle maison mais mauvaise expérience

La maison est conforme à l’annonce et globalement bien équipée. Le lieu est beau et la piscine très agréable. Malheureusement, quelques désagréments ont terni l’expérience. Des cafards ont envahi la terrasse chaque soir, la propriétaire faisait un état des lieux quotidien de l’espace piscine (non attenant à la maison) et surtout, la manivelle du parasol de la piscine (visiblement mal entretenu ou souffrant d’usure) a cassé. La pièce incriminée, très lourde et en acier trempé est tombée à deux pas d’un bébé, ce qui aurait pu être très grave. La propriétaire semblait beaucoup plus inquiète par la réparation que par l’accident et a fini par nous dire qu’elle avait commandé un parasol neuf à nos frais ! Faire passer l’utilisation normale d’un équipement préalablement abîmé (et déjà rapiécé !) pour une casse, alors même que la jeune femme qui a tourné la manivelle n’a aucune force dans les bras relève d’une mauvaise foi certaine. L’absence d’empathie pour l’accident doublée un opportunisme inouï nous font renoncer à recommander ce séjour. A ce train-là, la propriétaire aura rapidement renouvelé ses équipements sur le dos des vacanciers.

Très belle demeure, bien agencée, une bonne literie, cuisine bien équipée, très fonctionnelle ! Etant venu avec des enfants, nous avons eu le plaisir de les voir profiter pleinement de ce beau site médiéval en toute quiétude. Nous avons été bien accueilli par Anne, très sympathique et connaissant la région depuis longtemps ! Ravi de notre semaine à Larressingle!!! Beau séjour dans une région magnifique.

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée. Tres confortable sauf la salle de bain avec aération insuffisante. Douche au Rez-de-chaussée dans les toilettes difficilement praticable pour les adultes. L'espace piscine est séparé de la maison et ce n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce. Couverture wi fi insuffisante. L'environnement et le village sont magnifiques.
