Studio w/queen bed, pets ok, 3 min to Farmer's mkt

Wonderfully serene little studio with a full kitchen. The bed is a queen memory foam, so it is very comfortable. Bring your dog with you, there is a nice-sized, secure yard for your pooch. There is everything you need to cook a small meal on the apartment-sized electric stove and oven, the kitchen is complete with a fridge, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, dishes, pots and pans, and fresh farm eggs from your host's farm!

This small but cozy place is perfect for traveling through Las Cruces with pets. We are happy to have kids as well, just keep in mind that the space is small. There is, however, a nice-sized securely fenced backyard. There is TV and WiFi, the TV is streaming, not cable. The parking is street and close to the unit. We have pack-n-plays on request.

You have your own private entrance and none of the spaces you will be using are shared. Guests are only 13 minutes away from New Mexico State University an hour from El Paso International Airport. If you are looking for a more adventurous day you can take a trip to the beautiful White Sands National Park. Only 50 minutes away from the park where you can enjoy sledding down the bright white dunes, going for a hike, or enjoying a picnic at sunset. Guests are also a quick 3-minute drive to downtown where they can enjoy the famous Las Cruces farmers market on a Saturday morning.

We are a local small Real Estate Company (Rethink Real Estate LLC) who manages Airbnbs, we have a full staff to assist you during your stay.

We are not on the premises, but the primary host along with co-hosts are available majority of the time and are quick to answer any questions or help with any issues on the app in your message thread. We also have an office in Las Cruces running during the day from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM for your convenience.

Centrally located, this studio is in the heart of downtown Las Cruces. Close to museums, galleries, restaurants and the farmer’s market.

While this house is centrally located in downtown, Las Cruces is mostly a driving town.

Please make sure you look at the directions for arrival, GPS tends to send people to the wrong side of Main St.
Other than treating our place kindly, please be aware that there are neighbors close by and we appreciate being quiet later in the evening. When you leave, if you would do the dishes, leave the trash for us to do, and shoot us a quick message that you are out, we would greatly appreciate it, thank you!
