I've stayed in agroturismos in Italy, and this was a very similar experience, complete with the fabulous food. I'm pretty sure Italy doesn't offer swimming by yourself in a mountain stream surrounded by the echoes of howler monkeys. ”

“The location is beautiful, safe, and picturesque. Breakfast was delicious, with something slightly different each day, and it was delivered right to our chalet. I stayed for 4 nights with my two teenage kids, and they absolutely loved the cosy look and feel of the chalet. Since it’s a mountain area, the mornings and evenings can get quite chilly, and rain can come at any time. Thankfully, the electric heated mattresses kept us warm and comfortable. “There just are not enough stars available to accurately rate how wonderful this property is. Very good location in Santa Ana, close to stores, restaurants etc, about 20 minutes to airport. Pool was lovely, sunset views from the fire pit are amazing. Laundry is on premises and the staff was friendly and able to answer my questions in English and understand my broken Spanish. If I had to find anything to pass a judgment it was reserving the grill. We wanted to use the grill at 530 and was told we……

“They pay attention to detail for the apartment, feels like going home, the host always answers the messages. I checked in after midnight and she answered every message as I got confused with the code to enter the property. Definitely a place to go back to. The apartment has everything that any person could ask for. Also outside the apartment there's a coffee machine that makes all kind of coffee.”
