"my extended family went to olon for a wedding and rented this house - it was spectacular- right on the beach - immaculately clean/modern conveniences - wonderful staff who cooked and shopped for us - views of the pacific from every room - we played tennis on nearby courts - pam (the manager) was pleasant and responsive - it couldn’t have been better."

"We loved our stay here - Very clean, daily housekeeping, helpful caretakers, 10 minute walk to the beach! Thank you for having us!"

"Pictures shown in VRB website does not represent the apartment that it was given to me when I checked in. ** Kitchen sink was leaking - I have a video** We are a big family an there was not plates / spoon/ glasses / cups in the property ** we were given 1 cup / 3 spoons/ 1 old (burned) pot and 1 drinking glass. ** Bed is full of bed bugs** Pillows are old, yellow color and with disgusting discolorations from sweat and saliva.** Property walking roads are full of bushes and very unsafe to walk...

"We stayed here for almost 2 months. Love it. Clean, comfortable, everything we needed. Walking to beach, stores, restaurants. Olon is a great little beach town. Easy to get a taxi to go other places. We will be back to Olon sometime and hopefully stay in this house. Thank you!!"

"I booked this property solely based on being able to have private and EASY access to the beach. I was also told that everything was within walking distance again not true. The owner himself gave me this information. Once I got there I found that not only did I have to walk about 3 New York City blocks to the beach but I also needed to take cabs everywhere because nothing was close by. NOTHING. There was an EMPTY house that had a pool but that was off limits to all accept the renters of that...

"Really great location to the beach, the clubs & the cocktail strip. It was extremely loud until 4AM since that was the time the club closed at, other then that it was pretty decent. "

"We had a great experience! The owner was very responsive and helped coordinate our transportation and tours. We felt safe and supported by staff with finding restaurants, taxis and information we needed for enjoying the area. The hotel was very pretty with lovely palms of every kind all around. We were able to use the refrigerator and kitchen. Some families used the barbecues to enjoy meals. They even have a local menu that you can order from and have delivered with seafood. Each room has a hammock and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very attentive to our every need. The hotel is quiet and located about 6 minutes from Puerto Lopez, which makes it very convenient for getting to tours and back. Highly recommend! "
