Cozy apartment in Las Canteras Beach with sea views. The apartment is located in a private complex with pool and direct access to the avenue of the quarries. It has approximately 50 square meters. The apartment is rented with ADSL internet connection included and television with hotel system of international channels.

It is distributed in room, living room, kitchen, bathroom and dressing room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, 2-ring hob, oven and microwave. In the living room there is a 32 'television.  The views from the lounge are spectacular.

The apartment is perfect to disconnect and enjoy the beach. You will also be able to enjoy the leisure and restoration that a city like Las Palmas de Gran Canaria can offer you. Renovated furniture

Der Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes mit Airporttransfer durch Francisco zum Appartement war schon prima.Daniel hat uns selbst "aus weiter Ferne" per Funk begrüßt.Danke. Die Einweisung vor Ort klappte tadellos und dann stellten wir fest, dass selbst "Strandausrüstung" vorhanden war. Dass der Strand praktisch vor der Haustüre liegt, ist hervorragend. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen,-leider reichen unsere Sprachkenntnisse in spanisch nicht aus ,um mit Francisco ausführlich zu plaudern. Dagmar und Bernd

Superb well equipped apartment in fantastic Las Palmas location
We were fortunate enough to enjoy this apartment as our "home" for three months over the winter. On entering the apartment it is the impressive view that you will first notice! There is everything here that will make you feel at home, whether for a short city break or a longer holiday. The apartment has a great location, is "front line" on Las Canteras beach and within easy walking distance of the main city attractions, shopping areas and bus routes. David, the landlord, is always on hand, and made our stay a truly enjoyable experience. Simon and Ian

Appartement sympa et assez bien situé
L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé. La proximité de la plage est un gros atout. La piscine est bien protégée du vent qui est très fort à cet endroit de la plage. Pour éviter le vent il suffit d'aller à la plage un peu plus haut (~10 minutes à pied). Aucune place pour garer sa voiture nulle part: il faut prendre un abonnement au parking à côté (45 Euros la semaine). L'accueil aurait pu être mieux organisé car l'accès en voiture est difficile. N'oubliez pas votre GPS pour circuler à Las Palmas, sinon c'est un vrai défit !

Very well situated studio apartment right by pena la vieja beach area, close to all amenities restau
We enjoyed our stay very much and apartment was ideal for us. Very secure and well looked after. The apartment was very well kitted out with everything you would require for a self catering holiday. Besides all the kitchen equipment the owner provides a shopping trolley, beach or pool chairs, beach umbrella plus other well thought out extras. Wifi was excellent. TV had a few English channels though we had already downloaded plenty to watch on our laptop. Shower was fine apart from being a bit on the small side. We had a slight problem which was promptly sorted out. We would highly recommend this apartment as a retired couple and if we return would very probably stay in the same . Thanks David and Francisco.

Stunning location and great weather!
The apartment is well-placed for exploring Las Palmas and the entire island. The pool was empty during our stay but with the beach right outside it didn't matter! Highly recommended

Prima Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage
Der Vermieter, Herr Ortega holte uns gegen ein angemessenes "Trinkgeld" vom Flughafen ab und brachte uns auch wieder dorthin (04.15 Uhr!). Er war sehr freundlich und überraschte uns bei Ankunft mit einem Korb frischen Obstes und Wasser. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, direkt am Las Canteras Strand gelegen. Im Haus befindet sich ein Supermarkt und in der Nähe gibt es unzählige gute Restaurants.
