The problem is the property is a time share building and they don't have room service except for an additional fee that nobody tell you until the next day. We called front desk and the lady was very rude and did not gave us any other explanation.

The pool was at the entrance if the building I stayed in. I was able to park right outside of the building with easy in and out access. Building was very secure key entry needed all day.

Property was very nice and appeared well kept It is big, plan on walking a bit depending upon room placement Under building garage available We had 1 bedroom suite, kitchenette and suite nicely supplied Be aware, you will be directed at check in to resort/timeshare sales staff. They are politely aggressive. They want a yes to a 90 min sales pitch, but will take a no. Overall, excellent property.

Check in/out was easy and convenient. Staff was very helpful and property is maintained very well. Rooms were very clean as well. Shuttle to Horseshoe was also very convenient.

I had a generally positive experience at this hotel in Las Vegas. The hotel's location near the Las Vegas Boulevard was convenient, and the overall cleanliness and comfort were satisfactory. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the hotel accommodated my family's request for adjacent rooms. While most staff members were friendly, the sales team's daily calls were a bit excessive. The shuttle service was a nice amenity, although the experience with drivers varied. Despite some minor issues, I enjoyed my stay and believe the hotel has potential with a few improvements.

Hôtel non situé sur le Strip, donc au calme. La chambre était impeccable - rien à redire. Le service de navette est un gros plus ! Cela dit, le déplacement à pieds est aussi possible (~10 minutes du strip). Le personnel était extra gentil et serviable !

Great location! Everything around what you need for walking distance. The had transportation for groceries twice a day if needed. Pool area great with separate pool for kids and adults over 21. Staff friendly and available to help! Great to have the kitchen in the room when needed, but again you’re in LV!

The room was very comfortable and met our every need. The card/wrist strap system for accessing everything is less than great. The location is not really set up for senior citizens for whom walking is difficult. Genuinely appreciate the staff for locating wife's handbag she left in room at checkout. It contained her cancer medication which was a big deal.

Très bon accueil , Check inn rapide . Chambre qui correspond à la description. 4 jours 3 nuits , nous regrettons juste qu’il n’y ai pas eu le changement de serviette et la remise de café à disposition. Piscine très sympa , jacuzzi bien chaud . Nous recommandons.

Wonderful hotel… clean and close enough to all the action without the ‘hustle and bustle” of the strip. The only negative was the extremely pushy sales desk/staff you were directed to at check in. They did not like to hear “not interested” and continued to push my wife and I for our attendance to their seminar the following morning. Made us extremely uncomfortable with their extreme aggressivness.

There are no decent meal options here or nearby. The timeshare "Vacation Services" people were very obnoxious, calling and knocking at the door. Had to take the phone off the hook.

The woman who check us in was incredibly rude and the opposite of what you’d expect when you check into a place like this. I was shocked! No smile, barely any eye contact. No hello! “What the name registered.” That was the greeting. rooms were dirty, the hallways had broken glass. The trash can near the elevator was overflowing- hadn’t been emptied in the 5 days we were there. The shower had old and the counter in the kitchen had a dust film on them. The is no was to get any fresh air. The windows don’t open. I just need an inch. There are no fans in the bathrooms. There was a pair of men’s socks in the room my daughters were staying when we got there. Troubling. The hot tub was absolutely disgusting. The water had scum on it. The pool had matter of some sort on the bottom of it. There are never enough pool towels. The older gentleman with the red** security jacket was lovely. He got me towels and was always so pleasant to see. When we called for a clean set of bath towels in the room- the woman who answered and got us everything we needed was so kind and helpful. I believe her name is Debbie. There are a lot of security members walking around the well landscaped property. They’re friendly and you get used to seeing them throughout the stay. They are necessary. The ping pong tables are fun, as is the game room. But the staff need to do a better job of making sure to stick to the time limit for the video games. Some did, while others didn’t. The bbq grills are filthy.

Worst hotel stay ever. The room was run down and smelled. We also had to smell someone smoking pot for an entire evening. We did contact the front desk and security sprayed deodorizer but the fix was only temporary . Also, we agreed to a 90 minutes presentation about time shares but we were treated so poorly when we wanted to leave. I was accused of acting like a child because I wanted to leave after 2 hrs! Expedia should seriously think twice about helping Wyndham properties. They are shady! I did not fully understand what the Wyndham property was all about but now I know. Beware!
