Great place!!!

This was such an awesome place…..easy access to freeway. The airport and Las Vegas strip only a short distance away! Such a nice place for a family gathering plus giving everyone enough space to relax!!!

Draft Weekend

Great times, property was great and as advertised. Fantasy Football league stayed here for draft weekend. Location is close enough to the city but really close to the Durango which the crew loved for the sportsbook and space to roam compared to the strip.

Surprise Birthday Trip

We are 5 sisters that planned a surprise trip to celebrate a birthday for one of the sisters. We had an amazing time and the home was perfect. There were 10 adults and we all were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and really lovely. It was great being away from the strip. We would definitely rent here again. The host was very communicative with any questions and I appreciated that.

Perfect for my Family

This was the perfect house and it was better and nicer than the pictures. We stayed for 3 nights. It was clean and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s close to plenty of food and far enough away from downtown Vegas (the strip) but not too far. It was also close to the airport which was nice. Had a great stay!

Quiet location, a short drive to shopping or a visit to the Vegas Strip!

This property was perfect for a family trip. With a bedroom and bathroom/ shower on the first floor for those challenged with stairs to a huge kitchen living area. This was a great place for family to stay and gather together. It was a little cold to use the pool but the hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen had all you would need to prepare food there. Overall it was a great place to stay. Saving the info for trips in the future!

Awesome Property and Rental Experience

My friends and I greatly enjoyed staying at this property. The place met all expectations. Very clean with modern amenities inside and the pool/patio area was perfect for our group. Wonderful property

Stayed for a long weekend while visiting family in Summerlin. The house is very spacious and has everything we needed. Lovely backyard with a pool and hot tub that we used several times during our stay. Beds are very comfortable, maybe the best in a VRBO in a long time. Kitchen was well appointed. All in all, a great property. Will be back.

Sporting Event

We had a sporting event in Las Vegas. Rented this house with another family friend. It was great! The boys had things to do when they weren't playing sports. It was close to the Red Rock Casino which was nice! Thank you!

Wonderful house in great neighborhood

The house is very clean with 5 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Lots of bath, hand and pool towels. Bathroom stocked with hair & soap products. Kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware & glasses along with a large refrigerator . Quiet neighborhood. Large backyard. There are TVs in every room. Larger TV in living room. Good wifi and Internet. The VRBO contact, Maria, is very prompt when returning messages. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and clean

We stayed at the house for Thanksgiving. Kitchen is terrific with a large refrigerator and immense counter space. House was impeccably clean. Having a pool table was great. Loved that the house has no carpeting. If you have kids under 2 years old, plan on bringing a Pack n Play because the one that is listed with the house is for an infant. The rollaway crib is small and on wheels, so it is fine for infants but not for babies who can stand in the crib. We used a cute child’s bed that sits on the floor and our 3 year old loved it. We would definitely use the house again and Maria was a great host.

Great place. Only complaint would be wheelchair accessibility. One of our friends that stayed with us requires a power chair to get around. The house is listed as wheelchair accessible and we called to make sure. There is no ramp to get in and out of the house or the back door area. There are no hand rails for the 1st floor bathroom and the shower is small. It was very difficult for our friend who is partially paralyzed. We had to pick up his power chair in the front of it for him to get into the house. All that said, it is a very clean, beautiful house to stay in and is very centrally located.

Family friendly

The home was large enough for our big group to hang out comfortably. The house seemed pretty clean, but we did notice the floor wasn't cleaned very thoroughly given we didn't wear shoes in the house and our socks and children's feet were filthy on the first day. There was a mop so the issue was remedied. One other thing to note is to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags! What was supplied was not enough for a large group staying for a week. After reaching out to host, I was informed that what was supplied was meant as a starter only and more would not be provided. Overall, this was a great spot for a large family, with amenities that helped us stay very comfortably (i.e. fully stocked kitchen appliances, clean towels, laundry, detergent, cleaning supplies). Another plus was the children's books, poker set and pool table!

In town for a golf tournament. Cooked dinner every night at property. The house and rooms were cozy. Liked the open island kithen with open great room with couch and bar chairs at island in kitchen. Would rent property again.

Great for Families

We did a weekend in Vegas for a soccer tournament and this house was a great stay for the family. Close to the fields and a great quiet neighborhood. The house was well maintained and very clean with plenty of beds and linens.

We absolutely loves this place we had 5 adults and 5 kids and we fit perfect! Tons of room great kitchen, awesome pool and wonderful bedrooms! Super clean! Great quiet area close to everything and Marie the owner was around if we needed anything this place is an absolute winner!

Off the strip
