Easy access, great accommodations with professional staff. What was a little concerning is the security around elevators. (Non existent). Its a simple check for unusual persons or bags to keep everyone safe. Mandalay Bay .......

Picture looked real good, but when I got there. It was nothing exciting. It’s like a condo with no fun stuff to do, but walk alllllll the way to MGM. I wanted to go to lazy river, but it was closed. It was super expensive and nothing to do. It was my birthday 🎂 and I was super bummed at this place. I would have had more fun paying for a cheap hotel with better restaurants and pools that are open. Not happy with this place and I have over 1000 clients and will definitely tell them to never go to this place. Waste of money 🙁

SCAMMMMM!!!!!

Booked my stay and the hotel added charges after i booked that almost doubled the bill. HOTELS.COM canceled my reservation and still charged me for the stay. TOTAL SCAM BY THE HOTEL AND HOTELS.COM WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

The valet service at the Signature was unacceptably rude. They would not let me into the front gate due to him not seeing the reservation under my Exact Name. With there being confusion about the reservation, how can they not allow the guest to fix the issue at the front desk. However after the initial encounter with Valet, the other services were beyond exceptional. I really appreciate the offer to stay at such a grand hotel! However the valet service could be updated for better service but other than that I am a satisfied customer and guest!!

DROPPED THE BAll! Be Careful !

I booked two months in Advance, got a confirmation, Drove 6 hr to my Location. And my reservation wasn’t in the system! Was on hold with Homeaway for 2 hour, and they finally responded with a lot of BS. They said the reservation was overbooked and there are no rooms available at where I was staying. Luckily my phone was on speaker and the check In receptionist heard everything, and they had plenty of room!! Terrible service! Terrible customer service! Terrible experience! Imagine driving somewhere for 6 hr plus after a long day at work and you don’t have a place to stay after your give a confirmation by Homeaway, no remorse from them to make it right for there customers!

888 cannot be trusted

Extremely unpleasant. The hotel did not have my booking on file as the 888 entity cancelled my reservation without notifying me. Leading to me having to book separate and inflated price on Saturday night at the hotel. Not only that, but are now making me jump through hoops to prove that i originally paid for the hotel.

SCAM!!!!

We drove 4 hours to celebrate our first anniversary. When we got to the property they had no info about our stay. Even though we had multiple confirmation notices about our upcoming trip. We spent 2 hours on the phone in the hotel lobby. They just kept repeating that we didn’t confirm our stay. Even though we had already paid in full for this room. They wouldn’t refund our money or help us get another room. We lost $430.00, and had to go to another hotel to stay. We got absolutely no assistance from Hotels.com, or the third party place they kept trying to connect us too. The lady who tried to check us in at the hotel apologized and said she sees this happen frequently with this company. Very, very disappointed!

I checked in to our third hotel leg on this trip, the Signature at MGM, and the desk reception called in to the unit owner to confirm we had arrived. That person instructed them not to check us in, and told us that Expedia had cancelled the reservation. We were told by the Signature that it likely wasn't Expedia's fault, but we would have to contact Expedia. Expedia said they had not cancelled it, and put me on hold off and on for 45 minutes while they tried to reach the unit owner. During this time, I asked for and was provided the owner's number, and when I started explaining the circumstances, he hung up on me. When I called back, I was connected to a voice mail box too full to receive other messages. While I was on hold, the desk clerk said that this had happened before with this unit owner, and told me they could check us in immediately to another identical room, if Expedia authorized it. That happened, after two hours, a lost evening, and a missed prepaid and non-refundable Vegas show we had scheduled for that night. Be aware--you are not booking hotel inventory with this unit, you are booking an irresponsible owner's individual room, which can be cancelled when you arrive at his whim, without notice or consideration of your plans. Do not book any unit or other travel with (888) TOURISM, @888TOURISM--check out their reviews. Whether with or without Expedia's help, they will ruin your time.

Nice I always stay here but this is the first time and last I will book through a 3rd party place was clean and nice had a pretty city view but we couldn't get room service or clean towels pretty much nothing unless you wanted to pay "100" a night (don't know if that's the real price but they charge a lot" and it was missing some things great spot for everything tho

Disappointing experience

This is owned by third party that is not willing to help out much, charges high taxes fees, resorts fees which dont include cleaning housekeeping anymore you need to pay for anything you need done and stove was not working waited two days for it to be able to use, jettub and toaster never worked no one went to fix it. $5 to take trash out $5 for a trash bag! Very disappointing.

Great amenities and comfort.

Definitely convenient location and a part of MGM Grand hotel, which gave us same amenities as lazy river, multiple pools, restaurants, and full access. Room had nice deco, was super spacious with 2 bathrooms, bed was comfortable, view was nice, clean, and in room late dining was a plus! Great for families. Staff was always nice overall. Just wish they would have addressed a few malfunctioning things sooner like stove, jet tub etc....Not sure if service was limited because they were so big.

Housekeeping was contracted out so if you had a problem with anything.....you would be charged. Not a pleasant or satisfactory feeling or experience when your supposed to be on vacation.
