The manager woman was improper and inappropriate to suspend my stay by Henderson police officer directive on Feb 7th to be out (evicted ) by next morning 10am !! All due to an inexecusable $150 unknown charge to my bank account I saw that morning! Which when I called about what the charge was she agreed to refund the charge yet she would not renew my rental agreement on Feb 11th! She went ballistic for no rationale reason and was not willing to discuss anything else! This manager was totally unreasonable and not anything an 72 yr old handicap man no ability to walk without his apperatis handicap scooter device to pack up and physically move without his assistant who was out of town in if such short notice . I had called the Henderson Police myself to make it recorded and known of this event and she commits perjury with the police and said outlandish things which did not exist and was clear with our Fire Dept crew called due to one of 3 falls id endure while moving and pushing heavy cart of my things. I will admit the 7 ,firemen crew and I all had a very great moment which clearly deputs against her claims I'm an horrible person she wanted out ! This woman has some very personal emotional issues which she placed on me as physical disabled diabetic with severe nerve damage in both lower limb incapabilities . Thank You D Terry

We hardly got any sleep. The air handler unit made an awful lot of noise. The bearings were out of the air handler. breakfast has depreciated a lot.

The staff gave bad information about parking a truck with trailer. Was advised to have longer vehicle parking but didn't. Had to hike through a big ditch to get back to the hotel. Got a warning ticket from the casino where the hotel staff said we could park. I wouldn't stay there again.

The parking could be a little tricky. Not lots of space available at night time. But overall everything was really good.

The hotel was clean however we weren’t told that the room wouldn’t be serviced everyday. That was a problem because there was no place to hang towels. The breakfast was ok. Hot eggs, meat, biscuits, waffles and bagels or bread for the toaster. Fresh fruit, coffee, tea, milk. Free parking. The bed wasn’t comfortable but there were lots of pillows. We chose our room for extra sitting area but it wasn’t quite what we had hoped for.
