Lake Las Vegas Vacation getaway. Twenty minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Enjoy Lake Access to kayaking, paddle boarding, boating. Season's grocery store is a 5-minute walk from this beautiful condo: restaurants, wine bar, and ice cream for your taste buds. Lake Las Vegas is a Master Planned Resort community located minutes from the Las Vegas strip with a 320-acre lake with over 20 miles of shoreline. Two golf courses; one private Jack Nicklaus course located on South Shore is for Members, and the 18 hole Reflection Bay golf course is located on North Shore and is also a Jack Nicklaus designed course.

In addition to the shopping at Lake Las Vegas, the District in nearby Green Valley is a 10-minute drive from the lake as is The Galleria Mall. Of course, gaming is available at the Fiesta, Sunset Station and Green Valley Ranch Casino. All three casinos are within 14 minutes of the Lake. Movie theaters with luxury reclining seats are available at Sunset Station.

For the nature lover and hike, you will find several Rails to Trails walks nearby. Spectacular views of Lake Mead on the Historic Railroad Hiking trail takes you through several tunnels along Lake Mead all the way to Hoover Dam. The spectacular Red Rocks are 35 minutes away and provide over 21 Hiking trails in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservatory. Waterfalls, unique plant life, and desert critters provide interesting and beautiful sites along the trails.

For the skier and snowboarder, Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort are located at Mount Charleston an hour from Lake Las Vegas.

Excellent Unit, Location and Great Check-In!

The unit was excellent and the check-in process was very efficient! The owner immediately responded to the very few issues that we had while there. If you bring a car, please know that you will have to find parking in a lot a short walk from the building. Other than the parking, I would recommend this unit highly!

Great spot!

This is a great location away from the strip. We stayed here with our 3 kids and there was ample space for all of us. The suite is in great shape and well stocked with everything we needed. Great communication with the host and they were super flexible with our arrival and departure times. We’d be happy to stay here again.

Wonderful Condo

My sister and I had a wonderful vacation at this condo. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spaciousness and cleanliness. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal prep a breeze.We loved the view from the balcony so much we sat there every morning and evening and enjoyed the weather. We had a nice view of the pool, and a peekaboo view of the lake. The location was great for us. We explored all the local shops and restaurants, but unfortunately several were closed.The owner was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation, yet close enough to Las Vegas if you want to take in all the action there.

Wonderful stay at Viera

Our family stayed at Viera. We had a fantastic week. The apartment was great, and the place it is located inside a village with nice restaurants and shops and with a spectacular view of the lake, is simply exceptional. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy Las Vegas without being "inside the strip".Simply wonderful place.

Beautiful property!

Our unit was amazing! We stayed here for a wedding and had an amazing time! The complex was beyond our expectations. We had an issue with the AC when we got there but the host walked us through a a fix and all was good. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

An comfortable place to lay your head for a few days

Starting with the booking process being very easy and check in was pretty simple the property manager sends you all the codes you need in a text message prior to your stay..please read very carefully everything you need is there from gate entrance, apartment code, and pool code. I over looked some information and tried to contact property manager from phone number that we had been communicating through however I was unsuccessful thankfully I found the information we needed to enter the property in the text. There is no internet access in the home at all the WiFi code doesn’t work so please be prepared to be without internet for your whole entire visit…no need in trying to contact the property manager about this issue you will not get a response we tried. I travel there with my husband and our two young adults ages 19 and 21 and they were very disappointed about the internet as it was 112 degrees outside so we spent a good amount of time just in the condo. The condo itself is about 20 minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip so be prepared for that, which is not a bad thing if you looking a quiet place to connect with your family or friends this would be great if they had internet. Check out process was good and flexible with an extra hour so we we’re grateful for that. Overall the condo was clean besides the crackers we found under the sleeper in living room, bathrooms were clean and beds were comfortable all the dishes and essentials were available.

Lake Las Vegas

We stayed here for four days with our 15yo and 20 yo children. We wanted to switch to a bigger quieter space after staying on the strip for a few days and this property was exactly that. The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The area is very quiet and beautiful while still being close enough to stores and restaurants we needed. We enjoyed the few restaurants and gelato located on the property! We used this condo as a hub for day trips for hiking mainly but did spend time walking around the area and used the pool and hot tub. Raymond provided us with detailed check in information and pictures which made our arrival and entrance to the condo easy!

The unit we stayed in was nice and the Lake Las Vegas area is beautiful. It's very quiet and peaceful there. The couch in the unit was not clean and had an odor which we reported. We had to cover it with sheets to sit on it. Might be time for some new furniture in that unit. Bed was just ok.

This place was as advertised. It was lovely to walk along Lake Los Vegas and there were good restaurants nearby. Its location made visiting Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon West straightforward. Access to Las Vegas was easy but depended on traffic.

Beautiful with a couple of issues

Loved the location and the condo. We discovered the beds box spring in the second bedroom was broken causing a dip in a section of the mattress. Experienced extremely low water pressure (but only in the master bathroom...weird) during our first morning there. Couldn't even flush the toilet...had to use a big container of water to flush it. Water pressure eventually returned and was good the rest of the time. Other then that we loved our stay.
