Great place, pool, amenities and location!!

This place is absolutely perfect! Very large for all of us to be comfortable, lots of great amenities and nice touches included to help our stay be even more amazing, and was also great to be such a key location both on the strip and within the cosmopolitan and we were also able to use the cosmopolitan pool, which is great!! Thank you!

I'm strip condo

Nice, on strip condo connected to the Cosmo with easy access to everything in the middle of the strip and a convenient ride-share pickup nearby. Clean property and nice amenities.

1st time in Vegas? Look no where else

Place was very well kept and clean. Spacious enough for 6 to sleep comfortably. Directly on the cosmopolitan property. Directly on the strip! Perfect location for anyone who wants to be in walking distance of everything. For the price location & comfortability look no where else!

This property is located right at the heart of the Strip, Yet it is removed enough that there is quiet when needed. We loved the apartment it was extremely comfortable and spacious.

Perfect Vegas Stay

The property was great! Very clean and spacious with plenty of beds/futons for all 8 of us who stayed there. Melissa was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend for large groups that want to be close to the center of the Vegas Strip.

Overall, great location, easy taxi/uber access, comfortable beds. Needs towel racks and hooks in both bathrooms and hooks in closets. Improved lighting in all rooms. Garbage bags that fit trash can in kitchen. Thank you!

The property was in a great location and the property contact, Melissa, was s very accommodating. She provided a nice welcome gift upon arrival and allowed us a late check out. I would say this property needs some updating and the pictures make it look better than what it is in person.

BEAUTIFUL

This place was beautiful just as the description stated. It was 6 of us sisters and we had plenty of space to move around. The house was in a perfect location and it was a simple check-in. The communication with the manager was excellent. I had to reach out to her and she replied within a timely manner. I would definitely be renting again.

Daughter's 21st Birthday

The property is located in a great spot. You do not have a view of the strip from the property, but that worked for us. The manager was always available for questions. When we checked in, security put us in the wrong room. That was very frustrating since I had Las Vegas Decorators come and decorate for my daughter's birthday. But the manger made the security staff come help us move all the decorations. So it worked out. She also told the hotel that we should get a refund, although that did not happen, she was available to assist us. We did have trouble with the heat. The rooms were chilly. The property was conveniently located by the taxi/ uber area. We would stay here again.Thank you for your hospitality.

Great location

Its not what you would expect. Very dated and not cleaned very well. Uncomfortable furniture and not set up well. We didnt spend much time there but I guess thats what you do in Vegas. IT lists as Penthouse but thats just the floor your on. No view of anything. The building is very dated. 1 Glass big enough to put ice in. Location is good and parking was also good. Your money dosent go far in Vegas anymore. We will go back to staying off the strip next time.

Overall my stay was great! The location was perfect! There was plenty of parking. The only cons were that the floors were very dirty upon arriving. I kept on changing both of my daughters’ socks because they kept on getting very dirty. Also, the bath tub in one of the restrooms was very slippery and my sister almost fell so we decided not to shower in that restroom for safety reasons. Other than that, the penthouse was very spacious for 6 adults and 2 children.

Great location

This was a perfect space for our group of eight. Comfortable, tastefully decorated and plenty of space. Couldn’t ask for a better central location on the Strip. Beds were comfortable. All pillows and the main comforters are feather (just fyi for those with allergies). There is no place to hang clothing or extra towels except for a small coat closet near the kitchen. Also, one of the bathrooms doesn’t have a fan so can get a bit steamy. There is no view (faces a wall), but we didn’t spend a lot mof time in the condo so it didn’t bother us. We appreciated early check-in; Security didn’t have any record of our request so I called Melissa and she texted them. We used the Chelsea pool at The Cosmopolitan for no charge. It’s a really nice pool. Note that you can’t use the Boulevard pool without paying. The pool at Jockey club isn’t nearly as inviting. It’s a dark area that doesn’t seem to get sunlight - perhaps because of the net overhead. Overall, a great stay and decent value for the location.

Mostly good

So, we stayed at this property for 4 days during March Madness and it was mostly really good with a few hiccups. Let's start with the really good! The Communication from the host was excellent. She was prompt and able to answer any questions we had. Location. While it takes a bit to get used to everything, great location, very close to the strip. Bedrooms were comfortable and everything worked fine (except for the lamps (they are touch and very temperamental). Now, the good (but not great). Everything is nice (especially the couches, bed, tv) but not Luxury. Everything was a bit dated (bathrooms, furniture, etc but ok). The view was a wall as far as the eye could see so 0 view. The pool situation was very confusing. You check in at security and that was pretty easy, but when inquiring about the Cosmo pool, we were advised that we needed to put our name on the list the day before we wanted it (would have been good to know). Also, very confusing as to which pool we had access to (we were advised different ones when speaking to anyone). Lastly, the jockey pool is just not good. There is a net hanging over it and there was zero sun due to the location of the pool being dwarfed by buildings. The sauna did not work either. Overall, if you want a place that is quiet, a bit off the beaten path and quiet yet very accessible to the strip, I would recommend.
