I love the amazing, historic hotel. A one of a kind. But, I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby to check in. No one was at the check in desk. After checking in late, I went to the hotel restaurant. Took forever to get waited on and for the food to arrive. Had to return the food because it was the wrong order. All of that aside, this hotel is national treasure. I hope it's still around another 100 years.

The historic hotel was very well maintained and charming. The on-site restaurant was good and convenient, the staff very pleasant. It was located across the street from a park that made for a very relaxing evening stroll.

The hotel has been nicely remodeled and the room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food served at the restaurant was not my favorite. One of the disadvantages is that there is no private parking and you need to park wherever you can near the hotel.

Nice rooms, good location on the Plaza. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Hotel is about 1 mile from the train station. There is a walking tour for historic structures around the plaza which you can find online.

Lots to see, do, and eat within walking distance. The hotel restaurant is closed on Mondays. Nearly every room has its own refrigerator but no microwave or coffee maker. Complimentary coffee is available in the lobby after 6AM for much of the morning.

The hotel was charming and perfect for a quick overnight trip. The hotel staff was very welcoming. The room was clean, but a little dated. The carpet has seen better days and the pillows were small and thick. Otherwise, it had a great AC system and plumbing. We will definitely stay again.

GREAT historic hotel. Restoration A+. Character around every corner. Staff was very good. Only complete was restaurant closed for breakfast on Monday, although found a good local place about a block away. Only regret is we didn’t have time for another night, otherwise would have spent more time taking in the history. Would stay again on a flash.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Always greeted me as I went in and out. The hotel was well-maintained and in good condition. The bed was soft, and I didn't sleep as well as I'd like. Everything else worked fine. I will be back to this hotel when In Las Vegas.

The front desk clerk count not count! She let saying my credit card had been charges for both rooms even tho I chose the pay when arrive. She charged it early which messed us up since I had reserved a room for another couple too who wanted to pay for their own room! But when we asked about the charge per room she kept saying 189. One hundred eighty nine. We finally grabbed the paperwork from her and it was $100 and .89 cents. . For crying out loud! Would never stay there again especially since they had a picture of Big Mike on the wall bragging that Michelle Obama had stayed there! When they find out how many children she killed I wonder if they will still leave the picture up? The waiter in the bar was amazing but the food sucked. $20 for the special which was supposed to be a prime rib sandwich but it was one piece of meat thrown onto a hamburger bun! Horrible.
