Remote Working & Hiking

Enjoyed the proximity to the mountains east of the city for hiking. Also not too far from the Strip, but far enough away to avoid it if you want.

Comfortable & Quiet Condo close to the strip

Loved the location. Close to everything. Quiet. Very clean. Spacious for 2 plus people. Area of concern - one of the condo owners said the neighborhood has been going down a little bit over the last few years and we can see that. To be clear, the condo is fantastic! But there was never anyone in the office in the 2 months we stayed there. And we never saw security - not once. Over all - it was an absolute blast. And we cant thank the owners enough.

Just what we needed

We just needed something for our son’s hockey tournament. It was just what we needed. We weren’t there much except to sleep. But it was cute and close to the ice rink.

Nice condo

I needed a place to stay while I looked for a house to buy in this crazy market. This condo was very comfortable. The area was pretty nice; everyone I spoke to while walking my dog through the complex was very friendly. I was happy with my stay.

Convenient/Great Location

This property worked great for our stay. We stayed 3 months while our home was being built. Great location! Parking was right down the stairs from the condo door. Thank you for sharing your condo!

Perfect rental

The property was exceeded expectations. Everything was provided for a long term stay and ready on arrival. Commutation was excellent, I couldn’t ask for more. Clean, safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property and host. A+ stay!

Beautiful condo in a great location

We loved our stay here! Beautiful condo and very clean. The beds were so comfortable. Fast responses from the owners with great communication. If you are looking to be close to the strip, this may not be the best spot; it was about a 20+ minute drive with traffic, but we did it several times with no trouble. But we stayed here with our 2 kids and wanted to be close to Red Rock Canyon so this was perfect! Safe part of town and a very quiet community. Would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was clean and spacious. Its was about 15min west from the strip, but the drive was a straight shot. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby for your needs. Only problem was the A.C. unit was leaking water to the carpet from the ceiling after each cycle. So i had to put a pot under the ceiling to catch the water. Beside that the home was perfect. Will definitely rent again.
