Exceeded my expectations. It’s the kind of place you don’t want to tell other people about cause you want it to always be available for yourself! It was perfect for what I needed. I actually needed to be in that part of Las Vegas. It is not on the strip and not near a lot of things, but it’s quiet and just what I needed!

Deferred Maintenance Is A Big Problem/ADA Unit Not Disclosed.

Terrific location, very convenient and quiet on weekends. Nice views of mountains, fair view of strip from one window. Host was helpful with directions. Poor value for quality of unit. Immaculate views is an overstatement and inaccurate. Dozens of school buses across street. TV didn't work, maint fixed within 3 hours. Thermostat hanging off wall, wires exposed. Debris slapping against window for 2 days, not fixed - host said not her problem. Two lights in bathroom don't work/rusted. Clumps of hair in shower - Gross! Black mold in shower. Hot side of sink blows air, not water. Rotten garbage smell in kitchen. ADA unit not disclosed in listing. All light switches at about 30 inches, common residential is 48 inches. All furniture is low, outdated and unattractive. Hallways, doors and shower access oversized for wheelchair use. Across street from dozens of school buses parking/maint facility. No furniture on patios as shown in listing. Host refused any compensation or discount for disrepair after repeated requests. I have photos of all deferred maintenance mentioned above. This unit needs maintenance throughout and is in need of deep cleaning, updating and new interior.

Everything was generally as advertised. Only minor criticisms are the cleaning cart the broken baseboards and the lack of some kitchen utensils. Otherwise very nice.

Not bad.

The condo was pretty good overall. Plenty of storage and openness. The furniture and decorations reminded me of Vegas in the 90’s or early 2000’s. Shower was great as was the tub other than the jets randomly turning on in the middle of the night every night of our stay. That and the bed were our only gripes. It was a bit hard for our taste. Other than that it was a good place. I’d stay again at that price.

Wonderful views, very well appointed condo.

Though there were some minor issues (ice maker not working, some bulbs were out), this condo is gorgeous, has awesome corner views, and impressed me enough to want to stay there again.

A little confusion at check in but overall a nice place. It was a little dusty but other than that it was clean. Great views. The fireplace and the decor gave me the perfect mix of big city hotel but still with a homie type feel. I would definitely stay again.
