One of the nicest yards we’ve had at a Vegas rental. Mature trees, nice pool with shade, and places to just relax. Lots of towels and other necessities to make the stay easy. Location was great on a quiet cul de sac in a nice clean neighborhood. Right across from a reasonably-priced public golf course. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Neil’s place in Henderson! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and a gas grill. The pool and jacuzzi were beautiful and definitely a highlight of our stay. We had a small issue with the smart lock when we arrived, but Neil responded immediately and resolved it right away. He was also quick to take care of a minor pool issue. Throughout our stay, he was friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. The location was perfect, close to grocery stores, restaurants, casinos, and the Strip, while still being far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The airport was also less than 30 minutes away with easy to navigate roads. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Neil’s home!

This house was in the perfect location—close to everything we needed while still feeling private and relaxing. The home was very clean and well maintained, and it was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels, which made our stay even more comfortable. The pool was warm and absolutely perfect for relaxing and spending time together. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property to others!

This was our second time staying at Neil’s VRBO and it was as enjoyable this time as it was 3 years ago! Our family came down for a week to celebrate Thanksgiving and the house and backyard were as comfortable and welcoming as we remembered it. We look forward to coming back on our next visit to Vegas.

We had a wonderful week long stay here and it suited our needs perfectly. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the cul-de-sac was quiet and having a garage with a remote door opener for our own use was a welcomed perk. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and the mini nine hole putt putt course in the back yard was a fun activity. The house’s location is convenient to the airport and the Las Vegas Strip, either by driving your car or by calling Uber, which we chose to do. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

Bin zum 36. Mal in Las Vegas gewesen. Dieses Haus war das beste und funktionabelste, das ich bisher gemietet habe. Auch der Gastgeber Neil war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist sehr gut unweit vom Strip und sehr ruhig. Rundum ein super Erlebnis. Werde es beim nächsten Mal sicher wieder versuchen zu buchen.

Family vacation

This property was great. There was 5 adults in this home and we had more room than we expected. This house was beautiful inside and out. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was good size, the yard and pool were exceptional. I would highly recommend this house to anyone going to Vegas.

Great place 10 minutes from strip

Very nice property, much larger than expected. Strip is very short drive away, Henderson casinos even shorter drive (and free parking). Loved the outdoor eating area, pool was great, wifi was fast, neighborhood very nice (and quiet). Host made check in process easy and stress free and was very quick responding to any questions we had throughout the week.
