Clean, quiet, great location. Good to have a small kitchen. It is convenience to warm up left over and make tea. We stayed 4 nights, I wish there are enough coffee, shampoo supply for the stay.

Property was great! Close to NY and PH casinos and Monorail through MGM. Also not too far to walk to Flamingo/LINQ Promenade. We got to use the workout room and there is free valet parking. Friendly staff at front desk.

This is a privately owned condo room in the MGM Signature complex, which is an adjunct to the MGM Grand. The room has a king bed, a sofa, a table, small fridge, and two burner cooktop. The bathroom is huge, with a jacuzzi and a big walk in shower. Building staff were all very friendly and helpful and the unit was clean and comfortable. The owner communicated well and we really enjoyed our stay.

It being my first time in Vegas I didn’t know what to expect. But having spent 5 days I definitely feel like MGM Grand and it’s signature properties are the best on strip. I had a great suite. It was private in access but had complete access to the hotel and casino. The restaurants were great. I had a Five Course at Morimoto and what wonderful experience. Great surroundings people and fun. Great card room, table games and slots. Will come again and again.

Best place to stay in Vegas

This place has everything you need for your time in Vegas, even where it’s located is perfect. I felt very at ease knowing I had everything I needed and never had to worry what to expect when arriving. It has a full functioning kitchen with all the components needed, comfortable bed & bathroom, along with great and friendly staff. The host was also very considerate with making sure we checked in smoothly and that our stay was nothing more than satisfactory. I will definitely be coming back in the future. I can’t wait!

Enjoyable Vacation

Staying at MGM Signature was a great stay especially with it being our first time in Las Vegas, the room was clean and the customer service was great. There were no surprises or interruptions, the room was just as expected. Originally, I thought because it was on the 21st floor it would take forever for the elevators to get to our floor, but that definitely was not the case. There's 5 elevators that lead up and down to the 21st floor, which made coming and going a breeze. The owner showed great hospitality before and during our stay. Only issue is that to get on the main strip you must walk to MGM Grand entrance which takes about 10 mins or so from MGM Signature, but other than that no complaints.

I forgot to pack some shirts I had hung in the closet. My fault, I own it. But I left a day early, noticed before scheduled checkout and called housekeeping to retrieve. They said they’d follow up but never did…it’s a few shirts so no big deal, but this shows the difference between a hotel and vrbo - no control or influence over housekeeping and they don’t seem to care - they have my money. PS to housekeeping - Hope the shirts fit.

The communication with the owner was good. He was very responsive. His housekeeping staff is terrible. When we got to the room it was clearly not cleaned aside from the bedding being changed and maybe a quick wipe down of some areas. But there were wrappers and tags from clothing that people had purchased before our stay left on the nightstands and in the bathroom and hairs in the sink and shower and bathtub and Clem's of dirt and dust on the floor. So we really did not do very much in the room as we had hoped to relax and enjoy the jacuzzi tub but had serious doubts as to the only us of the room. It also had a very strong smell of smoke. Since it was late in the evening nothing could be done that night and we had to go to the grocery store to get some spray so that it was tolerable for us overnight. The next day he said housekeeping would come and tidy it up, we were in the room when they arrived and we left to give them space to clean but when we came back I think they turned around and left after we left because the exact same areas I had taken pictures of and sent the owner still had the exact same wrappers hairs and dirt on them so I'm really not sure what they did.

Perfect little spot

Would definitely stay here again. Place is as advertised. Nice size bathroom & jacuzzi tub, shower, double sinks, and a toilet closest. Good water pressure. Sample sized toiletries provided. Kitchen is minimally stocked but has essentials; coffee pot, toaster, pot, pan, cooking utensils. Plus enough dishes and cutlery for two. They also provide a starter coffee setup with two one cup coffee packs, cream, and sugar. Place is clean, dated but well maintained. Plenty of room for two. Room is a few steps from elevator. Noise level was minimal, some noise during high traffic times but nothing compared to other properties on strip. Pool in tower one is ground level and short walk to from elevator through reception area. Coverups required. MGM Grand is easily accessible via indoor corridor, approx a 5min walk. Drops you out by the MGM Grand spa and pool complex. Complementary access to MGM pool complex for Signature guests at the time reviewing. Food court and restaurants a short walk (within 5ish minutes). Minimart kiosk, Starbucks, and bar(evenings) near reception. Otherwise you’re going to have to walk for more food and drink options.
