Perfect spot for girls weeken

Great stay near the strip

After previously staying at casino hotels, we loved the MGM Signature. It is connected to the MGM Grand casino and had much more room than casino hotel rooms. Would highly recommend!

30th Birthday Celebration

This was the perfect accommodation for a Vegas weekend with my friends. The condo was very nice and I loved how we could all be in one place together. Matt was a great host and very communicative before, during and after our stay. I would definitely recommend it for anyone going to Vegas with a group!

Nice "near" the Strip Location

The facility was very nice and clean and our rooms were comfortable. There is an indoor walkway to the MGM Grand which was nice and convenient. It was nice to go to the lobby and not have to go through a cloud of smoke to do things. It is a short walk to the strip. The kitchen had a few basics for dishes, glasses, plates, pot and pan - might be a bit scarce if you wanted to do any real cooking but was adequate for breakfast and snacks. Enjoyed the balcony and the view.

Got any questions answered in no more than 15 minutes no matter the time or how small the question. Got a refresh from housekeeping promptly. Room view was better than expected as was the room itself.

Mom’s 70th birthday

We rented this property for my moms 70th birthday, there were 6 of us in total, some with mobility issues, some were elderly so it was VERY nice to be able to be all together to assist each other. The condo was exactly as pictured and promised. The property reps responded within a reasonable amount of time at any question we had. I enjoyed that there were no surprise resort fees or no other fees for that matter. The pools in the towers were nice and the ability to use the MGM pools was amazing. I would def stay here again, my only negative about the property is that we had to keep after house keeping to get supplies, but that would not deter me from staying again.

Excellent for families

What a great place! Our kids with their two kids stayed in the larger unit with two full baths and we stayed next door in the studio. It was great being able to go back and forth. Location is amazing. Our grandkids loved the pool and the mgm lazy river! We also liked being off the strip. Would definitely book again. Matthew was so easy to communicate with.
