Not Clean

1st thing I always do is lift up pillows. Under pillow was pubic hair & other hairs. Sheets were definitely not changed. Shower heads was gross. Needs new shower head. Remote control not working properly. Lamp next to bed had cord laying on the floor unplugged . Vertical blind puller/handle was laying on the floor when my son & I got there. Tried to get touch with house cleaning but no answer.
