Great LV rental near the strip

Beautiful unit near the LV strip. Connected through air conditioned walkways to the MGM grand. Very convenient to central strip activities. Unit is very clean. Pictures are accurate. Great communitication with host.

Great location, top tier amenities.

The room was exactly as described. A few details could be added such as ice is provided via ice machine and ice bucket. If your stay is long enough to use the laundry room that you will need to bring detergent. I was able to get this info from the host via messages. Very responsive!Some bonus features were discovered up on check-in such as all of the towers are linked directly to the MGM casino with an air conditioned tunnel.I'd gladly book again here.

The communication with Matt was nice and every question I had, was adressed super fast. The condo was really clean, some of the furniture was older but that does not bother me. The condo was quiet concerning the neighbor Apartments but the fridge is on the louder side which I can Imagine can bother some light sleepers. Nothing that can be fixed with earplugs und my opinion. It has a nice view of the Sphere and the Strip is well within walking distance. To sum it up: I would stay there again.

Great stay, property was perfect as advertised. Just far enough away from the strip, to avoid the crowds, but close enough to still enjoy when required. Great communication and support throughout our stay. Would recommend highly.

Convenient and spacious

Love the ease to walk to the strip through the connected MGM walkways. The hose was very informative and left me with no questions on what to expect.
