Clean, quiet, perfect.

This was perfect for my 4 days conference. The communications with the owner were precise, complete and timely. There is lots of road construction nearby, but it did not affect me as i was walking to the various casinos. I keep returning because the accommodations are more spacious, quieter, and more functional then casino hotel rooms.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was beautiful, lovely furnishings, the owner checked in on us to make sure everything was going good! When we needed linens, towels, dishes, housekeeping came right away. The valet was fast and efficient, they brought our luggage to our room upon arrival. If we do another Vegas getaway we’d definitely stay here again.

The wonderful Greetings from valet and front reception desk was genuine. The suite in the signature was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Enough towels for our entire stay. View was nice. Room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. Bathroom amazing! We were out and about back and forth at all times of the day-night-late night. At all times all the cleaning staff/maintenance were very polite! Hallways, walkways, public restrooms were exceptionally clean. Check out a breeze! Bravo Cheers Rick and Juan

Room was very nice and as shown.

Guests should know that this room is privately owned and not part of the resort. Check-in was easy at the tower 2 desk and they handled everything to satisfaction. Parking is by valet only and they filled up Thanksgiving eve so I had to park at the MGM Grand self-park lot. Walking to and from the lot is quite a distance. Our stay was for 4 nights and we had the problem only one night. Everyone was very kind and helpful. There is no housekeeping service while you are there, if you stay several nights. You have to contact the front desk and they will send someone to bring you clean towels and any coffee supplies you may need. The view was nice of the Ferris wheel (which was not running due to Covid-19 restrictions by the Governor), but dining out was really not a problem. We Enjoyed the visit and recommend this site for anyone traveling to Vegas.

Marie’s place was just as it was listed! Room was clean with a view of the strip & close to other signature towers if you wanted to grab a coffee or breakfast on site. Or walking distance to top golf, mgm, wet republic & the miracle mile shops. We had one question about the lock while we stayed & Marie’s response time was quick! Would definitely recommend staying with her & we will book again!

The property was great! Only issue was the freezer was very frozen over and the fridge was not very cold. Think it just needed to be defrosted and some tender love and care.

The property was perfect from when we walked in. The room was very clean. We had everything that we needed in the room. It was really nice to have an efficiency kitchen that was full of kitchen essentials. The bed and even the pull-out couch was so comfortable. Probably one of the most comfortable ones I’ve slept in. The bathroom was so big. We had plenty of towels. We were able to call the private housekeeping company to get more bathroom essentials. It was great they we were able to use the Signature pools. We loved that they are so much quieter then the regular MGM pools. The breakfast place, Delight in tower 2 was so good. We ate there several times. Marie, the owner, reached out to me several times during our stay to make sure that we knew that we could contact her if there was any issues. She was GREAT to work with. If we make it back to Vegas will would rent from her again. Thank you for a great week.
