This is a cozy single story home with open floor. It's newly renovated with lots of amenities, stainless steel apps, and smart key for easy check in. 4 beds 2 bath, parking, nice size pool with a patio and bbq grill. Super fast Wi-Fi and YouTube tv is provided for your entertainment. Located near freeway, gas, supermarket convenient stores and Chinatown where there's tons of new restaurants to choose from.

Responsive, tidy but not clean

Upon arrival, we were upset by the condition of the house. It was tidy, but so far from being clean that we considered moving to a new location. We expressed this disappointment with our hosts and shared a long list of items that needed to be cleaned. They were very responsive and sent a cleaning crew back to re-clean the house. While it was an improvement, there remained a lot of dirt and grime everywhere. The house needs a massive deep clean and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. I wouldn't stay here again.

Spacious Retreat

Spacious family home with a huge outdoor area to relax and have fun in. The house has great A/C and pool to keep us cool in the hot sweltering heat in the summer. It’s is a short drive to shopping, food and the strip. Host is easy to communication with and she is very accommodating. We enjoyed our staycation in Las Vegas very much.

Our stay was very nice. Quick responses from owner. No issues!! My only suggestion is maybe install a ceiling fan in master bedroom or add a screen to slider. Weather was beautiful during our stay but unable to have a window open due to no screen. Thank you for a great time!
