The picture of room that I reserved (and attached to my reservation confirmation) was not the room i was given. According to front desk that is one of their apartments pictured and not the premium room. They also stated that's an expedia issue and other guests have complained about the same thing. Bait and switch not acceptable!

Close to the Las Vegas strip. Overall clean and neat. The pool was nice. The pool deck area was nice. We enjoyed laying out by the pool. The pool is not heated so it was too cold to go in though. They had an issue with room key system not working so EVERYONE had to call the front desk to ask security to open your room for you. So it was not easy coming and going without having to wait for the front desk to answer the call and then security to open your door. Most of the time they did not even check if it was our room so anyone could enter your room. Luckily that did not happen to us but I can imagine it happening easily. So if you book soon ask if their room key system is working. Other than that issue I would stay again.

They service was great, friendly and fast. Some of the guest and people around are a bit sketch but the room itself was clean, and good for what we needed for a 1 night stay, it's pretty basic. Shower was tiny, but restroom was spacious. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was great that we could bring our dog, and located in the skirt of the strip which is great to get in and out of.

The website picture does not actually depict what the room is like, it must be AI generated . The room rate was an issue it should be free or less. Never stayed in a place where the room was that disgusting. Left the room within a couple hours. Room card machine was not operational and had to walk to office to have someone unlock the door if you left your room. I would rate this property as a negative zero. This place should not be advertised as a place to stay.

The rooms were mediocre. Thin pillows and uncomfortable beds. The laundry facility didn’t work. We stayed here only because we were traveling with our Labrador retriever and other pet friendly hotels had weight restrictions.

This is not a safe property at night. Anything can happen and staff has no idea about safety. Staff are terrible. No late checkouts after 8 days of stay not even 30 mins. They also don’t hold bags. A utterly disgusting experience. Glad to come out in one peice at the end.stay at your own risk.

This hotel is misleading. It's a Motel 6. The room looked nothing like the photo. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the shower needed a wipe down as it appeared that somebody had dilumped a brown liquid/soda and the splash was on the wall of the shower. The floor had these brown burn stains in the linoleum. Note that the number of buildings with rooms is a lot. Thus, if you hsve a rideshare take you or taxi, dont let them leave unless you want to walk a distance to your room. Lastly, the phone in the room is from the 1970's and doesnt work. There is no sheer curtain so if you open the larger curtain, people walking by can see in. No USB ports for charging. No wifi was offered. I hope to try and get some of my money back.

Be aware that this motel is sort of sketchy with some questionable characters there so you should be careful. The floors were a little dirty and the bathroom shower is pretty small as well. The was no shampoo in the bathroom as well, and they don’t provide any. However, it is pretty close to the strip so on that note it is pretty good. It does the job for the lowest price, however if you are not super tight on money I would recommend choosing a more known hotel on the strip, since you will enjoy your stay much more.
