Quick and simple check-in process. The suites on the PH floors have balconies, separate living room and full kitchen area, two full size bathrooms with showers, and a separate bedroom space. It feels like living in a small apartment or condo right above the strip. One of the best features of this property is that the Uber/Lyft/Rideshare drop off is right at your tower lobby, so no long hikes through a casino floor to get to local transportation. Excellent stay for the money AND it is on MGM property with a walking path straight to all of the pools, restaurants, and amenities at MGM. Lastly, since it is a Marriott Bonvoy property, you can give the check in host your Marriott Bonvoy number and earn points!

Lack of silverware. 2 forks,2 spoons,2 knives, 1 coffee cup. Six day stay 2 coffee packets and 2 dishwasher tablets. No extra wastebasket bags. When approaching Signature staff was informed that since unit is privately owned they could not help. Find it funny that your hotel can charge me a resort fee per night but there is nothing you can do to help. BTW reported to Expedia a mechanical issue with the refrigerator freezing all food, did not report to Signature staff as this is a “privately owned unit”

We loved our stay at Signature at MGM. We stayed in a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom with balcony suite. The complimentary valet was an added bonus. It was a quick indoor walk to MGM and the strip.

I always love staying at Signature for the free valet and location on strip, but not in the dead center of it. This listing the room was clean and as described. I would say could use some renovations soon BUT it is still a nice room and a suite at that.

The MGM signature is top tier everyone was so friendly with exceptional customer service, great amenities comfort, access to the MGM Grand and valet parking. Whenever I stay in Vegas this will be my go to spot. You won't regret it book it

There were some key items that were missing from the room, but a dollar store run easily took care of it. A dish rack and kitchen towels would have been nice. We ended up running out of toilet paper as the 2 rolls were only partial rolls. House keeping brought some the next day but we had to buy extra before she arrived. The room was nice but there was visible wear and tear on most of the furniture. And the stove top area was still a but greasy from the previous stay. We had to clean up a bit first. These minor items are the reason I did not leave 5 stars. All in all the room was nice and comfortable and while we may have been able to find a cheaper room it would not have had a king bed which was necessary for our party. Having a kitchenette is was very helpful and we had room enough to store some groceries for the week. Saving lots of money and didn't have to ewt out every meal. We would consider staying again.

I thought I picked a room with a balcony, but it ended up being a lottery on what I got. I saw some dings on the wall upon arrival, the room is always warm and the ac doesn’t get it cold enough, and the toilet flush was low flow… Fair warning, the listing is 3rd party owned and not part of the hotel itself. That being said, the phone in the room will not dial and you’d have to communicate directly through Expedia’s messaging system.

Our stay here was amazing, and the host was a great communicator. Valet parking was super easy, and everyone from the gate guard to the valet attendants were super helpful. You get a ticket with a QR to scan when you want to retrieve your car, and it only takes a couple minutes. Ins and outs for calet are included during the duration of your stay (you'll get a pass with dates listed). Hotel check-in was also smooth. We were on the 10th floor with a city view, and it was a great room! A bit of a walk to use the MGM pool, but the smaller pools at each tower are also a fun vibe. I love that the room had an empty mini fridge for personal use, plates, cups, utensils, etc. There were enough towels in the room so we didn't need to call for more during our 4-day stay, and they provide extra pillows and blankets as well. I would definitely stay here again!
