The entire house and back yard will be available for exclusive use.
The check in time might be at 5 PM if guests are checking out the same day. In ordered to arrive to a clean and sanitize home we asked that you be understanding of this for your health and safety. You will receive advance notice if the regular check in time has changed.
Please understand everyone's health and safety is very important to us as hosts!
Other things to note
To heat the pool, it's an additional fee at $120 a day for the heater is on the entirey of your stay, so you must pay the total number of days booked.
Please confirm 48 hours prior to your arrival if you need the pool/spa heated so we can make arrangements for someone to turn on the day you arrive. Please, no last-minute requests, even if you book the same day. Both pool and spa space will be heated at the same time.
Important the pool is not suitable for unsupervised children, there is no life guard on duty. There are pool alarms on the patio doors that can be turned off and on. By accepting this booking, this is a liability waiver of accepting full responsibility.
*IMPORTANT: Pool equipment can only be operated by the host. Guests are not allowed to operate it unless instructed to! The spa is not automatically heated, the rate is above, to heat both, not separately.
As soon as the heater is turned on is when you are charged this fee.
IMPORTANT: Pool towels are only allowed at the pool!!!
Booking: The guest must provide a copy of their ID to the host once booked to receive check-in information. Guest must be 25 and over.
Fireplaces are non working, it's just part of the decor only.
We, as hosts, are not responsible for items left behind. Please be sure to check everywhere before you leave the home.
