Lovely home - minutes from everything

Agree with a previous review that pictures of the home are true to life. This was a very lovely home to stay in. Very easy to order a Lyft ride from this location - every place we wanted to go is pretty much 20m or less away. Mr. Marion was very helpful and quickly responded to all questions we had. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

Good location

The property was comfortable and the location was great. Easy access to the interstate to go in any direction. 10 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to the strip and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property wasn’t quite as clean as I wood have liked. But with a little effort we brought it up to our standards. We enjoyed our month long stay and would come back again.

The place was far from "Sparkling". I wish I was able to attach pictures. The pots and pans were primitive. Pictures attached. The sheets and bedding just nasty. I paid over 12k up front for a five month stay. I was stuck and had to make the best of it. I went to Costco and spent well over a thousand on new bedding and pots and pans, can opener and on and on. The owner's name is Frank, not Marion. The windows hadn't been cleaned in years and when I asked Frank to clean them, he got very upset. I ended up paying to have them cleaned. He refused to do anything about it. The kitchen faucet will give you a shower when you adjust it, I could continue but VRBO limits the content in this space. You have been fore warned. Proceed with renting this property at your extreme risk.

Great location

This property is true to the pictures: lots of comfortable LR and family room seating, large DR table, comfortable beds in all three bedrooms. The location is ideal: quiet safe community, walkable, and close to the strip, and multiple large grocery stores. Frank was easy to reach and responsive to our requests/communications. Would definitely recommend.
