I loved the way our room was decorated and am so sad to hear it’s going to be renovated. I do hope they’re able to keep the great feel of this place. Loved the view, loved the location, loved the staff.

The Cromwell is one of my favorite places to stay in Vegas. The casino and hotel are small and accessible, compared to the other mega-casinos on the strip. The location is great, staff is wonderful, and overall vibes spot on.

Great location and although it doesn’t boast a large gambling area, it’s a much needed rest from the hustle and bustle of the big properties. It’s nice to go in and relax and the staff is excellent. The rooms were phenomenal, what a beautiful hotel , one of a kind.

Every single staff member was exceptionally nice. Everyone was very accommodating because we had to extend our stay. Would definitely recommend to others. Only drawback was the housekeeping crew needs to wash the walls in the shower better.

Staff was excellent. Since it's a small hotel/casino, it was easy to park and get to room and dining. Unfortunately, I was not a fan of the decor. Although not my taste, the room was a good size. The room and elevators look dated an in need of some TLC.

The hotel was low key and relaxed, front desk staff was friendly and very attentive. I had to request all of my room cleaning and towels, they would only leave 2 of each at a time it seems. Resort fees are exorbitantly high for what you get, a very crappy gym and basic Internet. However, I did like that The property is very small and easy to navigate compared to large properties on the strip that can often take you 20 minutes to get from your room to the front door. Friendly staff whenever you encountered them.

Super unique room decor, and plenty of room. We had a king bed, an overstuffed chair and an L-shaped sofa in our room, very spacious and roomy. Bathroom was a great size too. I LOVE MY ROOMS COLD and Cromwell is one of the few the sleep temperature was fantastic. Comfy bed, sheets and temperature had a great night sleep. Had a drink at the bar and then dinner at Giada's which was also great. Our server Doug was awesome. We were in town to see the Eagles and the hotel was super convenient to stay at and walk to the Sphere via the Venetian. Nice vibe in hotel and EVERY hotel staffer was super helpful. Would stay again.

Love the small boutique style this hotel has. Small casino, but we enjoyed playing there. Easy walking to a lot of other locations, casinos, restaurants, etc. We were stuck in line checking in and the staff was very accommodating.
