Spread out in style and taste in this freshly remodeled 3,500 sq ft 6-bedroom custom home near the desirable Black Mountain area, situated on a 1/2 acre lot. Features include luxurious Level 5 granite, travertine showers, porcelain tile, imported stone, American custom-made cabinetry, cotton sheets, gel pillows, dimmable smart lights, mini-split A/C (custom temp in every room), recycled wood tables, blackout curtains, a split floorplan, and many other thoughtful touches. We stayed one night and in the middle of the night (around 11:30pm) the second night we confirmed bed bugs in 2 of the rooms. We called the management company and they told us they would see if they could secure a new property for us, after 1 hour of no resolution and ignored phone calls back we opted to stay in a hotel. We did leave the majority of our stuff at the property because we did not want to bring along bed bugs (during the hour wait we disinfected what we could and that is all we took). We had to wake up 9 children and relocate. We retuned the next morning at around 6:10am to disinfect our stuff and clean the property which we did and were gone on the 5th by around 9:30am. The property manager when contacted by VRBO tried to fight the full refund saying we checked out the 5th. Per the Southern Nevada Health District it is a health code violation for a property to be rented with bed bugs because they spread fast and carry diseases. We had a couple children who were bitten.

The house was great overall. There were a few things that could have improved. Our feet were black when walking barefoot, there were dirty drawers and questionably clean dishes, out of all the showers only 1 had warm water (at best), the pools skimmer didn’t work, there was no ice in the fridge, some interior doors didn’t latch properly, many light switches wrte destroyed which made a few fans unusable, many spots needed paint touch ups, the couch is very modern and not very comfy. The exterior wasn't as nice look8ng as expected.The AC units and number of beds were great, the size of the pool was nice, the location of the house was great, and the pool table was fun.

It was just what we were looking for. Only critique is that asking us to put out 7 trash cans on trash day seems a bit excessive.One critique of VRBO - having a 5 star rating system is meaningless if 4 is failing and 5 is passing.

House was beautiful, rooms were big with comfortable beds, large closets and the bathrooms were huge! Pool and pool table came in handy, we all had a blast. Thank you so much for being great hosts and communicating efficiently. Our family had a great time!

Honestly, the stay was just okay. Pros: huge highlight was how quick and responsive the management company was.There were also lots of rooms, and the updated bath and showers were awesome. Cons: the house wasn’t clean when we arrived, we had to request that the floors be swept and mopped, because the kids feet were black after walking for just an hour. We didn’t use the pool, but it also wasn’t the cleanest.. The freezer didn’t work. Fortunately we only lost one tub of ice cream.The kitchen was entirely unorganized, heaps of pots and pans and lids just thrown in drawers— and I had to clean the ones I used, before I could use them. They were also missing basic kitchen items: measuring cups, pizza cutters, spatulas. Maintenance (that we didn’t request) was scheduled for during our stay.. and packages and boxes kept being delivered to the house, with no notice given. The house itself just needs some care. TVs were missing power cords and remotes, there were several holes and large scratches in the walls. Walls and doors that needed repair. Several of the chairs were rickety, the main couch was basically missing an arm, and the main table had to be held up by a rock.The house was fine. We enjoyed our time together as a family.. but it definitely

We stayed at this property with a large group and found it to be very functional for our needs. While not upscale, the house offers spacious rooms, a well-laid-out kitchen, and a central area perfect for gathering and spending time together.Upon arrival, the cleaning crew was still working despite our arrival after the designated check-in time. The owners had informed us beforehand that this might happen and kindly offered a later checkout time as compensation, which was appreciated. However, we noticed cigarette butts in ashtrays in the backyard, which suggested the property wasn’t thoroughly attended to before our stay.The backyard is a highlight, offering privacy and ample space for groups. The pool is lovely, though it is not heated, so keep that in mind depending on the season.There are a few considerations to note. The flooring throughout is linoleum, which makes it practical for swimmers but can feel less comfortable underfoot—slippers or socks are a good idea. The fireplace is decorative but not functional, which was a minor disappointment.Communication with the owners was excellent. They checked in with us multiple times during our stay to ensure everything went smoothly, which we appreciated.Unfortunately, our experience was somewhat marred after checkout when we were contacted about a broken sprinkler head in the backyard. Since our group did not use that area and had no children present, I expressed my belief that we were not responsible for the damage.

We've been staying in VRBO's for years so we've come to know what to expect and this home was not an exception. The customer service was good, the hosts called us when we booked, after we arrived, and after we checked out. When we arrived three people were finishing up getting the house ready, and we were warmly greeted by one of them, it was encouraging to see so many people cleaning. This was our first time staying in Henderson when coming to Las Vegas and what we enjoyed the most is the drive to the strip and Frement during the day and at night, the view are really beautiful coming from this house and driving in. Everything was about 20 minutes away and we would stay again. It was comfortable enough for five families and there was plenty of bedding for everyone.

Home was in good shape, everything was well maintained. We'd planned the trip for months and this was our first experience on VRBO and we were overall happy. The cleaners were friendly when we arrived and had done a good job, they tried to work with us on our arrival time, and everything was in working order. House was nicer in person than in the photos, beautiful home. Area is great as well and we quite enjoyed the view driving from Henderson into Las Vegas from there. The stay was perfect and we would definitely stay again. The AC blows ice cubes! Extremely spacious and we actually got lost in one wing of the house when we were in a bedroom. Very clean.

This place was incredibly spacious—I stayed with three families as we were driving through to Bryce Canyon. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which I always appreciate. We were warmly welcomed upon entering to a nice cold running AC and a beautiful pool table that we spent the night enjoying. My favorite part of the house was the giant shower, it was very refreshing after a long drive. We actually decided to try to extend the stay but the house was already booked the next day. Overall 10/10.
