“This is not a 3 bedroom although it is listed that way. This is 2 bedrooms with a basement. It says it sleeps 11- absolutely no way 11 people would fit here. 8 MAX. Plenty of parking on the street but only one spot in the driveway. However, you receive a message before check in asking only 2 cars max park on the street due to neighbors complaining. The house was clean and had all items needed for cooking. ”

“We did not spend a large amount of time in the cabin, as we were there for a men's conference at the Ark Encounter. Jonathan, the host was very friendly. The cabin was well kept and clean. I plan to rent the cabin again next year. I do want to confirm that the ceiling in the loft is only about 3 to 3-1/2 ft high. My son and I slept there, and we are both over 6 ft tall. Great communication from the host giving us a heads up about some road construction and suggesting alternate parking and entrance door so we could avoid the mess.
