"I booked a specific room, and upon arrival I was informed that it was no longer available. Instead, I was given an accessibility room, which is not what I reserved.
I would expect to be upgraded for the inconvenience, not downgraded. This reservation issue was not caused by me, and I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled.
At this point, I am not satisfied with the service."
"A fabulous vacation! Great location, great experience. Everything clean, comfortable, and every need provided for from water in the kitchen to linens and wood for the wood stove.(We stayed in September). Communication was excellent-detailed info to set us up for our arrival which went smoothly & if we had any questions Emily responded immediately. Emily, thank you for having us! Will be back 100%"
