We found Balfour Cottage to be a fantastic place to stay while we were in Launceston. Centrally located, it was within walking distance to restaurants, parks, grocery stores and Cataract Gorge. The cottage itself is spacious with large bedrooms and living area. It was exceptionally clean, well stocked and well maintained. Max at Moxxi Properties was responsive and very helpful. Check-in and out was quite easy. We would gladly stay at Balfour Cottage again if we have the opportunity to visit Launceston.
