Super clean. Requires additional provision of credit card details as requested direct from owners. Some noise transference from adjoining apartments. Lush comfy feather pillows and bedding. Would stay again.

Our stay here was wonderful. Everything was in walking distance, the park, cafes, shops and shopping malls. The apartment was in good condition with good sized bed and wardrobes, modern toilets, a lot of kitchen utensils. However, some of the furnitures were quiet old and wobbly. The coffee table was on the verge of breaking down and the couch looked quite old and needed to be replaced/upholstered. Apart from that, everything else was great.

Fantastic property - really spick and span. Lots of room - easy access , bathroom upgrade was superb. great support via help desk phone. I had some comms issues on my end and with the late arrival (jetstar :( ) and the phone support was quick and effective - even at that late hour.

Property was comfy and a good location. Supplies of tea and coffee but no milk .One small cake of soap only supplied .

The property and furniture was very tired looking. Owner didn't respond to a text saying internet not working.I called 4 hours later and then reset myself but still very slow internet. Mould in bathroom tiles. Good location .

Was great value for money! Such a large space for one person, nice kitchenett living room and big spacious bathroom. Very clean and comfortable and great location. No body wash provided though.

Very comfortable, adequately equipped, very clean. Would have liked some more bars of soap (only one provided in bathroom, none in kitchen or living area) or sanitiser given current covid situation in Tasmania. Did have to follow up on getting check in details but were very responsive when contacted. I woupd stay here again, thanks for having us

Arrived and the code that was given wouldn't unlock the door. Once that was sorted all was fine, until other guests kept us awake until 2am. The following night they had a party. Contacted management and they spoke to the noisy neighbours. Returned home only to be sent an apology saying they accidentally used my credit card for their Expedia payment of $328, but it's been refunded. I will not be staying here again, so unprofessional.

The apartment is well maintained and easily accessed even on foot. There are small little things that need to be improved on housekeeping. There was no washing powder replenished, extra rubbish bag wasn't provided during my 3-day stay, no tea bag was provided but i saw there are stock inside the garage. However these little things didn't impact my enjoyable stay though.
