「Was informed reception was open until 6. Arrived at 4.45 to find ut had closed at 4. No contact from the hotel about how to access the pre-paid room. Neither of the telephone numbers given, including the emergency number, were answered. No response to my text message or email! Only after getting expedia involved was I able to get access to my room, 40 minutes after I arrived. No apology from the hotel, who have not even reached out about the situation. Awful service!」
