「Would have liked to have talked to someone at some at some point. I always ask about places to see, points of interest, local hikes, etc. Also, an ice machine in the office would be a great addition. We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and relaxing.」

「We had zero hot water the entire stay. Every guest had to take freezing cold showers. Not only was the water freezing, neither shower drained properly so we had to stand in other people’s shower water.」

「This is a gem of a modern Scandinavian remote country cottage. The landscaped fire pit patio, and large covered front porch are very comfortable outdoor areas. Indoors has everything you need including a very comfortable and deep bathtub. We were a group of 4 friends traveling to hike at Grayson’s Highlands and thoroughly enjoyed our evening here.」

「What a great place! Close enough to everything yet nice and private.Amazing fishing access.Great accommodations, with coffee and coffee maker! The laundry was a big plus. The hosts were very helpful and very knowledgeable and gracious.I will be back」

「We stayed here specifically because my son loves fishing. The river was easily accessible and felt very private and peaceful, even though there were others fishing nearby. The cabin was charming and very clean. I absolutely love that the cabin was stocked with condiments and laundry detergent and more than one roll of toilet paper. Usually when we rent with VRBO, we end up spending money on things like toilet paper, paper towels, and condiments for our stay, and we didn’t have to do that this...

「This was a great place to visit! Very tranquil :) The cabin was clean & comfortable!」

「Our family of 4 loved our stay here. The lake is phenomenal. We rented a boat from local marina for 4 days to tube and board. The outdoor space is awesome. Hot tub, fire pit, table, and especially the dock are top notch. The cabin was very clean and we really appreciated that there was toilet paper, paper towels, and soap for the stay, There was firewood for purchase, but complementary smores supplies! The loft area was a bit warm to sleep, but the rest of the cabin was easy to cool. The stairs...

「The house was exactly as on the website. We felt nestled away in the woods. While it felt secluded, we close to the main street, a grocery store, winery, and West Jefferson State Park. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend.」

「Very cute little place not far from Marion but in the countryside. Nice and clean. Good communication with owner. Saw deer and turkeys. Beautiful little spot. Great place to stay.」

「Great location with just a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Kelly is quick to respond to any questions you may have.」
