「Disappointing Experience – Unreliable and Unprofessional Service The night before check-in, the owner unexpectedly questioned an already confirmed and paid booking. Upon arrival, it became apparent that the property had been double-booked and was unavailable. An alternative property was offered, but its condition and location were deeply concerning. Situated beside a junkyard, the accommodation was accessible only via several stairs leading to a small basement-style unit. Local residents also...

「The hotel was ok, but too far from the city.」

「The check-in staff was rude and unclear, never explained facilities and never directed us to our room.」

「Best for travellers waiting to catch an early flight or those arriving late at night. . We enjoyed their breakfast.」

「All the staff except for one lady on the reception desk were very friendly and helpful which is too bad since this was our first impression. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast is good and the restaurant on the beach is very good food, location and entertainment. We ate there 2/3 nights for our stay.」

「Although I ordered sea view room for three nights, I was very disappointed that the room was above the kitchen, so the whole room smelled of smoke !!!」
