“The views over the valley, the tea plantations and agricultural land are fantastic. The villa is set up on a hillside, about 3km out of town. It takes approximately a 10 min tuk tuk drive into town. The staff are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel is beautifully presented, mostly made in wood and looking very smart. The room and bathroom were large, clean and well presented. The whole place is beautiful an dis surrounded by beautiful countryside. ”

“Clean room, nice new hotel at a good price. Not near any other dining options without a taxi or tuktuk ride except for a nearby coffee place that was decent. Can walk from there down to the lake, community sports grounds and nearby polo grounds. The horses are feeding on the grass at the sports grounds and are being walked by their riders/grooms. Can walk around the lake.”

“The bungalow which we stayed for our holiday is only six rooms. The butler and the staff provide excellent services which many luxury hotels can not do. Staying in this property, your butler has already arranged everything and you do not think about anything about your stay. What you need to do is to tell your butler what you want and he will serve you or give advice to you. Highly recommend to anyone who will visit the same place. The experience is worth your payment.”

“The hosts were very hospitable and helpful. We stayed for three days. The host arranged a driver to and from Colombo at a good rate. On the return day he also arranged a tour to local waterfalls before returning to Colombo. Excellent breakfasts and home cooked dinners”

“酒店门前的确在修路，从市区10公里过来的路要开半小时。估计还要修个把月。酒店不大，一共能接待10几个住客，但是该有的都有了。餐饮不是其他大酒店的自助，反倒可以支持随点随做，甚至早餐。使得更有一种家的感觉。泳池的确没有加热，比较冷。我很喜欢花园草坪。可以在黄昏时爬上后面的茶山看日落。风景如画。几个小问题，酒店没有外币兑换，不能安排什么DAY TOUR，晚餐价格比起当地水平贵了一些。是值得推荐的酒店。”

“My family and I had a fantastic time staying at the Weir House. Our only regret was that we could only stay one. From the patio of the house, we could hear the rapids of the river and surrounded by verdant forest. Staying here truly was a highlight of our Sri Lanka trip. Mr. Maha, the manager was so very helpful, including assisting us to book a hotel in Kandi when it turned out that the place we originally booked was a huge disappointment. “This was a fantastic place to unwind. A vast array of activities in the surrounding nature or a SriLankan cooking lesson which we found was amazingly interesting and tasty!!! A truly luxurious boutique hotel with wonderful staff. The roads in are interesting and we were glad of the SUV we had hired. Over 4 hour drive from Colombo which was indeed stunning. We loved this place.”
