It is located in a strategic position a few metres from the famous Terme di Colà, 500 metres from the centre of Colà with restaurants and bars and a short distance from Lazise and Lake Garda.



The apartment has been completely renovated in 2024 with elegance and attention to detail, maintaining the ancient characteristics and some exposed stone features.



As soon as you enter, you are welcomed by a living room with a large sofa with satellite TV and a dining area with a table with 4 comfortable chairs. The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, SMEG refrigerator and everything necessary for cooking.



The bedroom is connected to the living area and offers a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe.

The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.



The apartment is equipped with ceiling fans for the hottest days and large ancient walls protect from external heat. The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning.



Parking: Guests can park a car in the residence's car park.



The spacious park with century-old trees surrounds the communal swimming pool, which has a solarium terrace with umbrellas and sunbeds available to guests. We specify that animals are not permitted in the pool area.

From the apartment, it is possible to walk to the Terme di Colà and nearby restaurants. Lake Garda, with its panoramic walks and beaches, is reachable in a few minutes by car.



The strategic location allows visiting Malcesine, about 40 km away, the rotating cable car of Monte Baldo and the wine cellars of the Valpolicella, Bardolino and Lugana areas. Verona is about 25 km away and Venice about 145 km.
