The domicile is popular due to the view from the property over the lake and its quiet and sunny location. Available for use are: sun lounger and barbecue facilities.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September 6 m x 14 m 1.5 m deep). The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September. There are no sun loungers or umbrellas available at the pool. 2 deck chairs available in each apartment.

allowed, EUR 25.00/pet per stay.

Shopping 600 m, restaurant 600 m, town centre 450 m. In summer: Lake Garda (beach 600 m in Laz with pebbles and rocks).
