Lovely setting but expensive for what it is

Beautiful pool area, setting is stunning in a great location but the interior is dated for the price (exception being the two en-suites which seem to have recently been done)

Family Variation

Wonderful house with a nice pool. Large garden allowing many outside activities. Well equipped with everything needed. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Unser dritter Aufenthalt, aber mit einigen Abstrichen

Die Lage, zentral, aber ruhig. Der großzügige Garten, die schöne Terrasse und der tolle Pool. Gardasee und einige Restaurants in Pacengo sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, bis auf die schön renovierten Bäder im ersten Stock! Die Zufahrt zur Villa ist sehr schlecht. Am oberen Ende ist ein tiefes Schlagloch, weiter unten, vor der Einfahrt, eine tiefe Delle! Das sollte dringend ausgebessert werden!

Urlaub mit 2 Personen und Haustier

Sehr ruhig gelegene Villa mit eigenem Pool. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Die Bäder sind neu renoviert ! Die Ausfahrt auf die Straße verlangt höchste Aufmerksamkeit, da es sehr unübersichtlich ist. Ein Spiegel würde Wunder wirken .

Habe keine Idee für einen Titel ...

Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einem großzügigen und gepflegtem Gelände mit einem großen und sehr schönem Pool. Das Ganze ist von Reben umgeben. Die sanitären Amaturen in den Schlafräumen könnten erneuert werden, da jene zum Teil Rostspuren aufweisen. Wünschenswert wäre eine bessere Bodenbefestigung bei der Auf- und Einfahrt zur Strada delle Greghe und die Anbringung eines Spiegels, denn die Auffahrt in die Straße ist ein Gefahrenbereich. Übrigens, können Sie das Haus nicht als komplett renoviert anbieten ( s. oben aufgeführte Mängel).

Tolle Lage! Tolles Haus, mit einigen Abstrichen.

Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, zentral und doch ruhig. Die nahe gelegene Straße hört man ab und zu, stört aber nicht. Das Haus, die Terrasse, der Pool und die Umgebung sind sehr schön und großzügig und bieten alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Im fußläufigen (15-20 Min.) Pacengo gibt es einige gute Restaurants. Die Orte Lazise und Peschiera und einige Attraktionen sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Abzug gibt es für die Bäder im ersten Stock: duschen kann man nur in der Badewanne, mit undichten Abtrennungen. Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat außerdem ein marodes Abfalleimersystem, die Kaffeepadmaschine ist undicht. Alles in allem können wir die Villa aber sehr empfehlen und würden sie auch wieder buchen.

Wunderschönes Haus an ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist zentral aber abgelegen der großen Straßen gelegen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Das Gelände ist sehr großzügig und der Pool ist riesig. Wir hatten ruhige und entspannte Ferien.

Villa Gasco, Außen hui und innen naja……..

Sehr ruhige Lage, tolle Außenanlage mit großem, schönem Pool. Das Haus hatte eine schöne große Veranda. Die Inneneinrichtung vor allem die Bäder sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Trennwände an der Badewanne zum Duschen sind völlig ungeeignet. Nach dem Duschen steht das Bad unter Wasser. Das Reinigungs-und Hygienekonzept hat völlig versagt. In jeder Ecke Spinnweben,Heizkörper sind total verstaubt,Betten knarren bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung, das Geschirr ist völlig abgenutzt. Die Teller sind total zerschnitten. Die ersten 5 Tage hatten wir keinen Backofen um uns morgens Brötchen aufzubacken was sehr ärgerlich war. Von dem Lieferservice vor Ort der angepriesen wurde gab es auch keine Info. Bei einem Preis von fast 500€ am Tag war die Gegenleistung zu gering.

Excellent villa

The property was very tidy, presentable, well equipped, beautiful, practical . Bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The garden was huge. Very tidy. Also the pool. Just +++++! We (7 ) recommend!
