Welcome to our charming apartment in Lazise, located inside the beautiful Villa la Pergolana, a historic, lakefront villa with swimming pool and 10,000-square-meter green park with century-old plants. The large communal park is equipped with a swimming pool, tennis, barbecue and tables for eating outdoors and enjoying sunny days.
This cozy 70-square-meter space offers an ideal setting for a relaxing vacation.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and large closet and the other with two comfortable single beds with a large roof window, offering enough space to accommodate up to 5 people. The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa bed, a table and a TV for your entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator,freezer,coffee maker and the most common utensils, giving you the freedom to prepare your favorite meals. You will also find a washing machine to make your stay even more convenient. The two bathrooms are equipped with bidets, providing additional comfort.
The apartment is air-conditioned to keep it cool during hot days, and you can stay connected thanks to free Wifi.
The view of the lake that you can enjoy directly from your accommodation will give you moments of pure serenity.
For sports lovers, the property offers a large dedicated area with tennis courts and a swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or keeping active during your stay.
You can also take relaxing passseggaite on the lakefront accessible directly from the villa and through the romantic paths of the large planted park.
